Deadly Poison: Basic attacks apply a stack of deadly poison up to 5 stacks. Deals x damage over time based on stacks. Hero also has stealth. Unit uses energy as a resource, has a max of 100 and regenerates rapidly.

Deal x damage to a unit and applies a 30% slow for 1 second. Applies 2 stacks of Poison. (Melee Range - 50 Energy - 8 cd)

Shuriken Toss
Throw a Shuriken dealing x damage to the first target it hits. Can hold up to 3 Shuriken. Applies 1 stack of Poison. (5 Range - 20 Energy - 0.2 cd - 7 recharge cd - No cast time)

Blind
Blind the target for 2.5 seconds, rendering them unable to act but any damage dealt to the target will break the effect. (5 Range - 35 Energy - 15 cd)

Smoke Bomb
Creates an area of smoke on the ground, preventing enemies outside of the smoke to target units inside of it. Lasts for 6 seconds. Allies gain 10% bonus movespeed in the smoke. (3 AoE - 10 Energy - 60 cd)

Death from above
The hero deals damage in an area around them, then leaps into the air before dashing at a target dealing x damage + y damage based on stacks of Poison. (5 Range - 40 Energy - 50 cd)
Level 1 Talents
Ambush: First attack out of stealth deals x bonus damage. Garrote: First attack out of stealth deals x damage over time and silences the target for 0.75 second. Cheap Shot: First attack out of stealth stuns the target for 0.5 seconds. Subterfuge: Remain in stealth for 1 second after it would normally break. (Re-stealth time activates after this effect ends)
Level 4 Talents
Envenom: (Generic Talent) Slice and Dice: +30% attack speed for 3 seconds after using Mutilate. Master Poisoner: Increases max stacks of Deadly Poison by 2. Increases max energy by 10. Lingering Dust: Blind causes the target to miss their next 2 basic attacks after it ends. (Or 3 seconds)
Level 7 Talents
Dispatch: Using Mutilate on a target below 35% life allows the use of a second Mutilate for no Energy cost on that target but with half the effect. (Slow duration, slow amount, stacks, damage. Can only occur once every 20 seconds.) Dispensary: Increases stack size of Shuriken Toss by 2 and hitting a Hero with a Shuriken returns 5 Energy. Recuperate: Activate to recover 30% Max Health and 30 Energy over 10 seconds. (50 cd) Resourceful: Reduces cd of blind by 3 seconds and blind now costs 10 Energy.
Level 13 Talents
Shiv: Increases the slow of Mutilate to 90% Prey on the weak: Targets affected by Blind take 20% extra damage from the attack that breaks the effect and for 1 second after. Adaptability: Increases healing received by 30%. Increases vision range when in Stealth by 15%. Increases max energy by 10. Dirty Tricks: Blind no longer breaks from own damage over time effects.
Level 16 Talents
Feint: Reduces damage from AoE and DoT abilities by 30% (Passive) Multistrike: The first and fourth Shuriken thrown out of stealth also throws another Shuriken for no cost. (Effect is reset on re-stealth.) Cloak of Shadows: Cleanse self of all debuffs and grants immunity to them for 1 second. Also reduces ability damage taken by 75% for the duration. Vendetta: Activate to mark a target with Vendetta. Gain vision of the target, 15% movespeed when moving towards them and increase all damage you do to the target by 15%. Lasts for 10 seconds. (6 Range - 75 cd - does not break stealth.)
Level 20 Talents
Mist Bomb: Increases the duration of Smoke Bomb by 2 seconds. Instead of being stationary at cast point, the smoke follows Vanessa in an Area around her. Relentless Strikes: Energy cost of Death from above is reduced to 20. Hero takedowns reduce the cooldown by 15 seconds and restore 10 Energy. Vanish: Instantly restealth and gain tapering 50% movespeed for 2 seconds. All cooldowns recover 3x as fast for 2 seconds and grants 2 Shuriken. (60 cd) Nexus Blades: (Generic Talent)
I would imagine her to have more poison attacks since she says in the deadmines dungeon she never was good at hand to hand combat but she excelled at poisons.
