Vanessa Vancleef is the daughter of Edwin Vancleef. She was his successor as leader of the Defias Brotherhood. Edwin kept the existence of Vanessa hidden to most people, which served her greatly many years after his death. Following the death of her father, Vanessa was adopted by the Saldeans, who were unaware that she was the daughter of Edwin. They named her Hope and parented her whilst watching her grow up over many years.

Deal X (+X per Level) damage to your target and blind them for 2 seconds.
Secondary Abilities

Crippling Poison
Basic Attacks have a 25% chance to slow your targets movement speed by 20% for 6 seconds.

Deadly Poison
Basic Abilities have a 30% chance to deal X (+X per Level) damage over 12 seconds. If Deadly Poison procs while it is active on the target, the duration is refreshed.

Vanessa deals X (+X per Level) damage to her Target and deals X (+X per Level) over 10 seconds that increases in damage by 10% per Poison on the Target. (Envenom counts towards this).

Vanessa's Attack Speed, Basic Attack Damage, and Movement Speed are increased by 75% for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 50 Seconds

I apologize for sounding a bit misleading but I defiled the name of Vanessa Vancleef so that I could make a mockup of the Rogue class. I will revamp her as a Master of Poison.

Every time I see one of these concepts I expect Vanessa to be a master of poisons as she was in the deadmines.. This is just bringing a bunch of generic rogue abilities and calling it a hero concept...
