Level 1:
- Under Cover of Night: Increases the movement speed bonus of re-position by 10% from 35% to 45% while you are not visible to the enemy team.
- More Arrows!: Increases the radius of Targeted Volley by 25%. This does not effect the maximum or minimum damage of the ability.
- Siphoning Arrows: Targeted Volley returns 15% of its Mana cost for each enemy hero it hits.
- Seasoned Marksman: For every 6 enemy Minion or captured Mercenary kills near your Hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Takedowns count as 3 minion kills.
- Regeneration Master: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Health Regeneration by 1.5 per second.
Level 4:
- Focused Attack: Every 10 seconds, your next Basic Attack against a Hero deals 75% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.
- Powerful Range: Powerful Shot also increases the range of Vareesa's next Basic Attack by 25% of her Base Attack Range.
- Opportunist: Increases the damage bonus from Powerful Shot to 200% if the target is already stunned.
- Impatience: Increases the initial speed boost from Reposition by 10% but causes the speed boost to decay over the 4 second duration down to 10% below the normal speed boost.
Level 7:
- Unfocused: Causes Targeted Volley to deal 167 (+4% per level) to the entire area. Removes the higher damage towards the middle and lower damage towards the edge.
- Lingering Power: Powerful Shot also slows the target by 20% for 2 seconds.
- Keep it Steady: Reaching 5 stacks of Steady Hand will cause Vareesa to restore 15% of her Health and Mana. This effect can't occur more than once every 25 seconds.
- Patience: The duration of Steady Hand is increased by 2 seconds.
Level 10:
- Tactical Mobility: Activating this ability gives Vareesa 3 charges of Rapid Dash which she can use any time in the next 8 seconds. This ability causes Vareesa to rapidly dash a short distance across the battlefield. During this dash she enters a brief period of stasis, and ignores all unit collision. As long as Vareesa has at least 1 charge of Rapid Dash remaining she is Unstoppable and can't be subject to Crowd Control effects.
- Enchanted Arrow: Vareesa fires an Enchanted Arrow at target enemy hero. This arrow deals 263 (+4% per level) embeds itself into the target and begins to emit a blinding light, revealing the target hero on the map and blinding them along with all allies within a Radius of 6 for 8 seconds.
Level 13:
- Giant Killer: Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of the Hero's maximum Health.
- Scouts Pace: While Reposition is off cooldown, Vareesa gains 5% increased Movement Speed.
- Swift Volley: Reduce the delay before Swift Volley lands by 50%.
- Tireless Focus: Activating Reposition pauses the duration of your Steady Hand
Level 16:
- Between the Eyes: Powerful Shot applies 3 stacks of Steady Hand.
- Berserk: Activate to increase your Attack Speed by 40% and Movement Speed by 10% for 4 seconds.
- Execution: Basic Attacks deal 40% more damage against slowed, rooted, or stunned targets.
Level 20:
- Art of the Ranger-General: While executing a Rapid Dash, Vareesa will hit any enemy that comes within a range of 6 with a basic attack.
- Elven Enchantment: When Vareesa's Enchanted Arrow expires it will explode, dealing 533 (+4% per level) damage split between all enemy heroes within a radius of 6. Vareesa can reactivate the ability to end the effect and detonate the arrow early.
- Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location.
- Nexus Frenzy: Increases Attack Speed by 20% and Attack Range by 20%.
