Varok didn't go to the Nexus, the Nexus went to Saurfang. Since Orgrimmar is pretty quiet, Saurfang now unleashes his bloodlust in the Nexus.

Saurfang slams his axe on the ground with half of his full power, causing a massive explosion around him that deals damage and stuns enemies caught in it for 3s

Normal:
Few orcs are as capable warriors as Varok Saurfang. Even fewer are also vegetarian.
Master:
Varok never needed a model update, but model updates needed him all along.
Icecrown:
Varok could have killed the Lich King in one blow, but he preferred letting his minions get the loot.
Mag'har:
Even without the green skin, Varok has been building up thirst for human blood. Time to eat!
Deathbringer:
Lost in the Wrathgate, Varok Saurfang became one of the first of the Lich King's Great Commanders.
