Scattered Vitality:
Exploding bug heals the Twin emperors for 34 (+4 per level) per target hit.
Regeneration Masters:
Quest: Collect Regeneration Globes to increase Health regen by 0.5 per globe.
Reward: After collecting 30 Regen globes, gain 10% Increased max health.
Level 4 Talents
Shifting Strikes
Twin Teleport now deals 80 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in a small area around the Twin Emperors

Uppercut now stuns for 0.5 Seconds after the knockback is complete
Imploding Burst
Arcane Burst has 20% increased area and now pulls towards the center instead of knocking back.

Reduces the cooldown of Mutated Bug by 1 Second every time it attacks
Violent Explosion
Exploding bug no longer slows, but deals 75% increased Damage
Unpleasant Insides
Increases the duration of Exploding Bug's slow to 3 Seconds

Mark of the Qiraji Emperors
If Vek'lor and Vek'nilash attack the same target within 3 seconds, that target will take 50 (+4% per level) damage and heal the Twin emperors for the same amount.
Strength of Arms
Increases Uppercuts knockback distance by 100%
Power of two minds
Reduces the cooldown of Twin Teleport by 1 second every time either emperor takes damage.
Level 16 Talents
Twin Concordance
Vek'nilash basic attacks reduces the cooldown of Arcane burst by 1 second.
Vek'lors basic attacks reduce the cooldown of uppercut by 0.5 seconds.
Freedom of movement
Twin Teleport now Cleanses both emperors
Respite
Twin Teleport now heals Twin Emperors for 200 (+4% per level) over 4 seconds.

Twin Emperors can be activated to cause both emperors to gain 25 armor and 25% attack speed for 4 seconds, 60 seconds cooldown.
