Velen is a hero that uses his magic of Light and Naaru to assist his team by restoring their health, controlling the battlefield and prolonging fights. Early he can be a bit weak, however he scales very well with levels gained and time elapsed, and when the game goes on, he might be as endurant as typical front-line. His trait grants him bonus health and mana based on how long he is playing. His Gift of the Naaru is simple healing effect with damage aura - effectful on warriors, Azmodan or Velen himself when late-gaming. His Divine Blessing is a great buff for wizards and other heroes based on abilities. His Wall of Light allows him to divide battleground into two parts, heal allies, damage opponents and even slow and haste. The first heroic is Lightwell that fulfills Healing Ward's role, but a bit better, while the second one is Divine Star, that when exploding, spreads in all direction at once, healing allies and damaging enemies.

For each elapsed minute, Velen gains 72 maximum Health and 18 maximum Mana.
The countdoen timer starts when the first wave spawns.

Velen blesses target ally with light, restoring 100 (+20 per level) health to them and causing them to deal 25 (+6 per level) damage every second to all enemies nearby.

Divine Blessing
Velen empowers target ally with divine energy, increasing their ability damage by 20% and cooldown regeneration by 35%. This lasts 6 seconds.

Wall of Light
Velen summons a wall of lightness for 5 seconds. Whenever an ally crosses the wall, they restore 65 (+10 per level) health and gain increased movement speed by 25% for 5 seconds. When the enemy crosses it, they are slowed by 25% for 5 seconds and take 65 (+10 per level) damage.
Being inside the wall refreshes the duration of movement speed modifier every ,25 seconds. Healing/ damage component can trigger once per target per cast.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Range: 10 (Cast range) / 8 (Wall width) / 0,5 (Wall thickness)

Lightwell
Velen places a Lightwell at a targeted location. The Lightwell targets allied heroes with the lowest health, once each second, restoring 55 (+11 per level) health to them and increasing their movement speed by 35% for 1 seconds. The Lightwell lasts 12 seconds.

Range: 5 (Range of placing) / 10 (Range of healing)

Divine Star
Velen throws a divine star that restores 95 (+17 per level) health to the first ally hit or deals 95 (+17 per level) damage to the first enemy hit. When the star hits it's primary target, it explodes into eight lesser stars, each flying in another direction. Each of them has 50% effectiveness of the primary one and each target can be hit once per cast. The star will detonate when it will go through it's range, but it can be activated again to detonate earlier at it's location.

Cooldown: 90 seconds
Range: 7,5 (Path length) / 0,5 (Bullet size) / 2,35 (Explosion radius)

Tier 1 Talents

Light of the Naaru: Mana cost of Gift of the Naaru decreased by 30.

Wall of Light Mastery: Decrease cooldown of Wall of Light by 2 seconds and it's mana cost by 15.

Divine Fervor: Divine Blessing now also increases attack damage of target by 15% for the duration.

Regeneration Master

Tier 2 Talents

Heart of the Light: Increases healing done by 1,25% for each minute of the game elapsed.

Surge of Light: Gift of the Naaru instantly restores 55 (+15 per level) health then cast on target with Divine Blessing.

Lasting Blessing: Increases duration of Divine Blessing by 30%.

Speed of Light: Spellcasts increase your movement speed for 10 seconds by 4%. This stacks up to three times.

Tier 3 Talents

Prophet's Momentum: Basic attacks against Heroes reduce cooldown of Gift of the Naaru by 1,5 seconds.

Protecting Blessing: Divine Blessing also grants a shield with 65 (+20 per level) health.

Tier 4 Talents

Lightwell: Velen places a Lightwell at a targeted location. The Lightwell targets allied heroes with the lowest health, once each second, restoring low amount of health to them and increasing their movement speed.

Divine Star: Velen throws a divine star that restores medium amount of health to the first ally hit or deals the same damage to the first enemy hit. When the star hits it's primary target, it explodes into eight lesser stars, each flying in another direction. Each of them has 50% effectiveness of the primary one and each target can be hit once per cast. The star will detonate when it will go through it's range, but it can be activated again to detonate earlier at it's location.

Tier 5 Talents

Spreading Gift: Cooldown of Gift of the Naaru increased by 10 seconds, and now becomes a PBAE spell with radius 5,5.

Divine Movement: Divine Blessing also increases movement speed by 25% for the duration.

Power of Light: Your attacks now deal an additional damage equal to 1,5% of your max Health.

Relentless

Tier 6 Talents

Mass Gift of the Naaru: Decreases mana cost of Gift of the Naaru by 30 and it's cooldown by 5 seconds.

Divine Bond: Casting Divine Blessing on an ally also causes it to affect Velen. Divine Blessing now restores 7% of target player's max health to you and target ally.

The Great Wall: Increases wall width by 35%.

Naaru's Light: Activate to restore health equal to 200% of your maximum Mana. 60 seconds cooldown.

Tier 7 Talents

Ward of the Naaru: Lightwell now casts Gift of the Naaru once every 1,8 seconds in addition to it's normal healing.

Starstorm: Removes mana cost of Divine Star and reduce it's cooldown by 2 seconds for each ally or enemy hit with it.

Storm Shield

Clarity: Activate to restore 350 mana to yourself and 150 mana to all allies within 5 units. 60 seconds cooldown.

Always a pleasure to help improving nice concepts.
As for Naaru's Light, the difference between a heal and a shield is that the health you gained stays, not the shield. Might want to rethink the numbers maybe. :)

Thanks for the comment - as they are always appreciated!
I clarified a bit about Wall of Light to make it for everyone to understand (what king of grammar do I use? :O) and remade the Thick Wall talent (or rather changed it), so it should be a bit more useful. Thanks for realizing me that it would give nothing! :P
About T3's Prophet's Momentum: I compared it to typical Battle Momentum, so I thought this could be balanced (counting that this one skill costs 80 mana), but maybe this could do a bit too much while early gaming. So I've changed it to reset only when attacking heroes (as Velen has attack range reduced, this should be ok).
About Divine Movement: I think it is not as strong, as this might be comparable to Abathur's haste talent (+40% mvmnt spd for 3 seconds with 8 seconds cooldown), but rather than burst of speed, this gives a bit more constant buff. Also, Divine Blessing costs mana and has longer cooldown. So I did nothing here as it seems to be ok. But maybe I am wrong, However maybe I'm not.
About Naaru's Light: This can be compared to Kael's Arcane Barrier, this shield with 200% mana as health. Counting that Kael might have even more mana at 20 min. game than Velen, I think that this also isn't as bad. But maybe this could make Velen a bit too tanky. I will think about it for a bit more and maybe I will do sth here. But mb not.

I have a problem with Wall of Light :
-Can you go through it multiple times and gain the effect / be healed / be damaged ?
-What does it do if you stay in it ?
-What's the use of improving its thickness ? If going through it activates its effects, but not staying in it, there's no use for it. Improving its length would be good though (like your tier 6 talent).

--> 1s seems better imo. 1.5s is probably a bit too much

--> Might be me, but 25% for 6 seconds might be too good

--> It's a self heal ? It's around 2k at level 20 + 20mn game. Dunno what to think about that.
