Chakra (D)
COST: None

COOLDOWN: 30 Seconds


(Passive): You gain bonus effects based on your current Chakra:

Chastise: Wreathe of Healing instead deals (72 + 18 Per Level) Ability damage to enemies, this bonus increases by 25% for every 1 range the ring travels, up to 100% bonus damage at 4 or more range traveled. Angelic Feather can also trigger on enemy Heroes, reducing their Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.
Sanctuary: When you successfully cast Wreathe of Healing, the cooldown of Sanctuary is reduced by 5 seconds.
Serenity: Your single-target healing effects and Angelic Feather apply Renew to the target for 6 seconds, healing them for (18 + 6 Per Level) Health per 2 seconds.

(Active): Invoke a Chakra, transforming your Holy Word Ability based on the current Chakra invoked. Casting the Trait, then [Q] is Chastise, [W] is Sanctuary while [E] is Serenity. This effect has a 30 second cooldown before you can change Chakras again, unless you are in your team’s Altar of Storms.

COOLDOWN: None

Channel for 2.5 seconds then unleash a ring of Holy energy around you that quickly expands and grows in power up to 7 range. Allies that touch this ring are healed for (72 + 18 Per Level) Health, this heal is increased by 25% for every 1 range it travels, up to 100% bonus healing at 4 or more range traveled.

You can move while channeling Circle of Healing, but you channel the Ability twice as fast while standing still.

Angelic Feather (E)
COST: 1 Charge of Angelic Feather


COOLDOWN: 0.5 Seconds

RECHARGE COOLDOWN: 10 Seconds

(Stock): Every 10 seconds you gain a charge of Angelic Feather, up to 3 charges max.

(Active): Place an Angelic Feather at the target location for 6 seconds, granting the first ally Hero that walks over it 30% bonus Movement Speed for 3 seconds. You can only have up to 3 Feathers placed at a time.

COOLDOWN: 12 Seconds

(Active): Chastise the enemy target for (48 + 12 Per Level) Ability damage and disorients them for 2 seconds. Non-heroic allies ignore disoriented enemies and the duration of the disable is reduced by 0.5 seconds when the disabled enemy is struck.

Holy Word: Sanctuary (Q)
COST: 70 Mana


COOLDOWN: 20 Seconds

(Active): Bless the ground with divine Light for 30 seconds, healing all allies within it for (12 + 4 Per Level) Health every 2 seconds. You can only have 1 Sanctuary active at a time.

COOLDOWN: 10 Seconds

(Active): Instantly heal the target ally for (45 + 15 Per Level) Health and increases the healing the target receives from you by 50% for 6 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Cascade (R)
COST: 70 Mana

COOLDOWN: 25 Seconds

Unleash a Holy bolt that flows from one ally to the next, healing the target ally for (16 + 4 Per Level) Health, and then bouncing to up to additional allies 4 times. Each time Cascade bounces, it splits into 2 bolts.

If Chastise is active, Cascade now only targets enemies, deals (24 + 6 Per Level) Ability damage and can bounce to the same target, but bounces against the same target only deal 50% damage.

Power Word: Shield (R)
COST: 50 Mana


COOLDOWN: 6 Seconds

Draw on your soul to shield the target ally Hero, granting them (175 + 25 Per Level) absorption for 15 seconds and makes them immune to Silences, Stuns and Displacements while the shield holds.

Power Word: Shield also applies Weakened Soul to the target ally for 15 seconds, preventing them from being targeted by Power Word: Shield for the duration. The duration of Weakened Soul is reduced by 1 second each time the target is attacked, this bonus is doubled from Heroic sources.

TALENTS

Tier 1

[Active] Lightwell
COOLDOWN: 60 Seconds
Construct a Lightwell at the target location for 15 seconds with 1 Health and 15 Ammo. Each second the Lightwell will attempt to heal the nearest non-Structure or Boss ally within 10.5 range for 6% of their max Health for 1 Ammo, prioritizing ally Heroes with the heal increased to 50% for ally Minions and Mercenaries. The Lightwell dies after 15 seconds or it consumes its Ammo or is attacked by enemy Heroes, with their Basic Attacks dealing 1 damage. A Lightwell cannot have its Ammo restored.

While Chastise is active, the Lightwell will target non-Structure or Boss enemies instead, prioritizing enemy Heroes to strike time for Ability damage equal to 6% of their max Health with this damage increased to 50% for enemy Minions and Mercenaries.

Lightwell priorities target at or below 50% Health, focusing on Heroes first.

[E] Bristle Feather
Angelic Feather now lasts 2 seconds longer.

[Active Trait] Svadisthana
Casting Chakra also grants you (20% Velen’s Max Mana) Mana over 6 seconds.

[W] Crown of Light
Each time you heal with Wreathe of Healing, you gain a stack of Crown of Light, you gain 3 stacks of Crown of Light against Heroes. Upon reaching 12 stacks Crown of Light, Wreathe of Healing permanently deals +1 bonus healing or while Chastise is active, deals +1 bonus damage.

If you damage an enemy with Wreathe of Healing while Chastise is active you gain a stack of Crown of Light, this bonus is increased to 3 for Heroes.

[Q] Revelation
Your Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Holy Word by 1 second.

[Passive] Anahata
Each Regeneration Globe you receive increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.25, while Chastise is active you instead gain +1 bonus Ability damage.

Tier 2
[Active] Spirit Shell
COOLDOWN: 60 Seconds
Empower your Basic Abilities for the next 10 seconds to instead strength the souls of your allies, granting them absorption for 15 seconds instead of healing them. If Chastise is active, your damaging Basic Abilities also deal 250% damage over 5 seconds to enemies instead of immediately dealing damage.

These effects can stack indefinitely.

[Passive] Grace
You permanently have 5% bonus Regeneration, healing and absorption. Each enemy Hero Takedown you participate in grants you a stack of Grace, increasing your Regeneration, healing and absorption by 2%, stacks up to 5 times. When you are slain you lose all stacks of Grace.

While Chastise is active you have 5% bonus Ability damage instead, and each stack of Grace instead increases your Ability damage by 2%.

[Active] Holy Vision
COOLDOWN: 30 Seconds
Reveals the target location for 10 seconds. Enemy Heroes revealed are shown for 4 seconds.

Global cast range.

[W] Hymn of Hope
Ally Heroes that touch Wreathe of Healing restore 4% of their max Power, this bonus is increased by an additional 1% for every 1 range the ring travels, up to 8% bonus Power restored at 4 or more range traveled. You always replenish (6.5% Velen’s Max Mana) Mana upon successfully casting Wreathe of Healing.

[Passive] Binding Heal
Healing non-Heroic allies besides you also heals you for 7.5% of the healing or absorption done, this bonus is increased to 15% for single-target healing effects with both effects doubled for healing Heroic allies.

[E] Flying Nimbus
Angelic Feather now has global cast range.

Tier 3
[Active] Fear Ward
COOLDOWN: 30 Seconds
Remove all Disables affecting the ally Hero and prevents their reapplications for 1.5 seconds.

[W] Train of Thought
You now channel Wreathe of Healing twice as fast while moving, and you have 15% bonus Movement Speed while channeling Wreathe of Healing.

[Active Trait] Visuddha
After casting Chakra, your Basic Abilities gain 50% bonus cast and travel range for the next 5 seconds.

[E] Peacock Plume
Ally Heroes under the effects of Angelic Feather ignore unit collision for the duration.

[Q] Sahasrara
Chastise: Chastise deals 50% bonus damage to Heroic enemies.
Sanctuary: Ally Minions in Sanctuary have 100% bonus Health and 50% bonus Attack damage for 7 second, this effect is refreshed while they are within Sanctuary.
Serenity: Enemies that strike the target of Renew have their Attack Speed reduced by 25% for 1.5 seconds.

[Passive] Serendipity
When you perform a Basic Attack you gain a stack of Serendipity for 4 seconds, reducing the cost of your next Basic Ability by 10%, stacks up to 5 times.

Tier 4
[R-1] Cascade
COST: 70 Mana
COOLDOWN: 25 Seconds
Unleash a Holy bolt that flows from one ally to the next, healing the target ally for (16 + 4 Per Level) Health, and then bouncing to up to additional allies 4 times. Each time Cascade bounces, it splits into 2 bolts.

If Chastise is active, Cascade now only targets enemies, deals (24 + 6 Per Level) Ability damage and can bounce to the same target, but bounces against the same target only deal 50% damage.

[R-2] Power Word: Shield
COST: 50 Mana
COOLDOWN: 6 Seconds

Wreathe of Healing deals 10% bonus healing and damage for each ally or enemy struck, up to 70% bonus healing and damage max.

[W] Halation
You can now cast Wreathe of Healing while Disabled, and finishing the channel removes all Disables on you.

[Q] Muladhara
Chastise: Chastise reduces the target’s Movement Speed, damage, healing and absorption by 20% for 3 seconds when the Disorient ends. 
Sanctuary: Sanctuary’s healing increases by 5% every 2 seconds its ground effect is active, up to 50% max.
Serenity: Serenity’s increases the healing the target receives from you by 1% for every 1% of the target’s missing Health, up to 50% bonus healing at 50% or less Health. 

[E] Divine Infusion
Ally Heroes under the effects of Angelic Feather have their Basic Ability cooldowns regenerate 15% faster for the duration.

[Passive] Meditation
Your Mana Regeneration is increased by 150% while in combat.

[Active] Power Word: Fortitude
COOLDOWN: 60 Seconds
Increase the target ally Hero’s max Health by 30% for 5 seconds.

Tier 6
[Active Trait] Manipura
Upon casting Chakra, your Basic Ability cooldowns regenerate 30% faster and their costs are reduced by 30% for 5 seconds.

[E] Molting
Angelic Feather now recharges 100% faster.

[Passive] Focused Will
Each time you are attacked you gain a stack of Focused Will for 4 seconds, reducing all damage you take by 15%, stacks up to 2 times. When you successfully cast Corona, you grant all ally Heroes that touch the ring a stack of Focused Will for 4 seconds, this effect grants 2 stacks if the ally Hero touches the ring after it travels 4 or more range.

[Q] Hallowed Idioms
You now have 2 charges of Holy Word.

[Active] Divine Star
COST: 70 Mana
COOLDOWN: 7 Seconds
Fire a charge of celestial energy that streaks towards the target location, healing all allies it comes across for (66 + 14 Per Level) Health. After reaching its destination, the Divine Star returns to you, healing all allies it comes across for (66 + 14 Per Level) Health.

You can recast the Ability while it is in flight for free to cause the Star to unleash a burst of energy, healing all allies within 2 range for (47 + 10 Per Level) Health.

If Chastise is active, Divine Star instead deals (66 + 14 Per Level) Ability damage to enemies in its path and recasting the Abilities deals (47 + 10 Per Level) Ability damage to all enemies within 2 range of the Star.

[Passive / Active] Evangelism
COST: 50 Mana
COOLDOWN: 30 Seconds
(Passive): When you deal or take Basic Attack damage you gain a stack of Evangelism for 5 seconds, causing your Basic Attacks to heal the most injured ally within 6 range for (1.5 + 1.5 Per Level) Health and grant you 2.5% bonus Attack Speed, stacks up to 10 times.

(Active): Generate 10 stacks of Evangelism and double each stack’s effectiveness for 5 seconds.

Tier 7
[Passive / Active] Spirit of Redemption
COST: None
COOLDOWN: 3 Seconds
RECHARGE COOLDOWN: 180 Seconds
(Passive): When you take lethal damage you become more powerful than anyone can possibly imagine for 10 seconds, becoming Invulnerable, Unstoppable, rooting yourself in place, removing the cost of your Basic Abilities and reduces the cooldown of your Holy Word Abilities to 2 seconds but you are unable to perform Basic Attacks for the duration.

When Spirit of Redemption ends you die and grant the enemy team Experience. Spirit of Redemption’s passive shares a recharge cooldown with its active. 

(Active): Disperse your soul to watch over the target ally Hero as a Guardian Spirit, increasing all Regeneration, healing and absorption they receive by 60% for 3 seconds. If the target takes lethal damage while affected by Guardian Spirit, you kill yourself instead and heal the ally equal to 40% of their max Health, rooting yourself to the ally Hero as a Spirit of Redemption for the duration.

While a Spirit of Redemption, you can recast this Ability to instantly teleport to an ally Hero, rooting yourself to them. This effect has a 3 second cooldown with a global cast range.

[E] Phoenix Down
When an ally Hero triggers Angelic Feather, they heal for 20% of their missing Health over 3 seconds. If Chastise is active, then enemy Heroes that trigger Angelic Feather take Ability damage equal to 20% of their missing Health over 3 seconds.

[Passive / Active Trait] Anja
RECHARGE COOLDOWN: 2 Seconds
(Passive): Every 2 seconds you are in combat you gain a stack of Anja for 3 seconds, causing Chakra’s cooldown to regenerate 10% faster, stacks up to 6 times. 

Anja recharges twice as fast while in combat with ally Heroes. If Chastise is your current invoked Chakra, Anja recharges twice as fast while in combat with enemy Heroes.

(Active): Casting Chakra now refreshes the cooldown of your Holy Word and if Hallowed Idioms is Talented, you gain 1 charge of Holy Word instead.

[W] Halo
RECHARGE COOLDOWN: 2 Seconds
Every 2 seconds you are in combat you gain a stack of Halo for 3 seconds, reducing the cost of Wreathe of Healing by 10% and reduces its channel time by 10%, stacks up to 5 times.

Halo recharges twice as fast while in combat with ally Heroes. If Chastise is your current invoked Chakra, Halo recharges twice as fast while in combat with enemy Heroes.

[R-1] Cataract
Cascade’s healing and damage increase by 10% each time it bounces.

[R-2] Rapture
Power Word: Shield’s cooldown is removed and the duration of Weakened Soul is reduced twice as fast.

nice job :) I just discovered your concept after your comment and it surprises me how similar both of ours are ;) I see you also kind of orientated on wow's holy priest a lot. I really loved the Chakra system back then and think it would be really fun to be able to play it in HOTS again
