Support hero inspired by Disc/Holy priest from WoW.
Combat Trait

Lightwell
45 second cooldown.
Summons a Lightwell at target location that can be used as a Healing Fountain by friendly heroes. Lasts 15 seconds and has 500 (+4%) health.
Portable Healing Fountain. Provides exact same effect and shares cooldown with the regular Healing Fountain cooldown.
Primary Abilities

Penance
70 mana. 12 second cooldown.
Channels light on a targeted hero over 1 second. Heals a friendly hero or damages an enemy hero for a large amount over the channeled duration. If cast on enemies, the cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds. Can target yourself.
You are locked into channelling for 1 second. The healing or damage is dealt over three ticks. The first tick will happen instantly, and then at 0.5 second intervals for a total of three ticks. Damage can be broken by escaping out of range.

Circle of Healing
60 mana. 10 second cooldown.
Creates a circular area on the targeted terrain. After 0.5 seconds, the circle will erupt with light, healing all friendly targets inside for a small amount. Friendly targets at the edge of the circle will receive 100% more healing.
Circle of Frost but as a healing spell. The edge will be VERY visible, to allow your team to get inside for maximum healing.

Angelic Feather
40 mana. 15 second charge cooldown. Holds 2 charges.
Places an Angelic Feather at target location, granting the first friendly hero to walk through it 30% increased movement speed for 4 seconds.
A support without any escapes is a dead support.
Secondary Abilities

Power Word: Shield
10 second cooldown.
Shields a targeted friendly hero for 10% of their maximum health. Recently shielded targets cannot be shielded again for 30 seconds.
A level 4 talent that replaces the generic "Protective Shield".

Leap of Faith
30 second cooldown.
Pulls a friendly hero under the effect of Angelic Feather to your position.
A level 16 talent for Angelic Feather.
Heroic Abilities

Power word: barrier
100 mana. 70 second cooldown.
Creates a dome-shaped barrier at target location that lasts for 3 seconds. Enemy attacks and ability from outside the barrier will deal 75% less damage to friendly targets inside the barrier.

apotheosis
No mana cost. 100 second cooldown.
Become infused with light for 10 seconds. Your basic abilities are free to cast and their cooldown is reduced to 2 seconds. Overhealing will be stored on the target as a protective shield that lasts for 6 seconds, and the duration is refreshed whenever the target is overhealed again.

A sorely needed healer. Hopefully he is not a sitting duck like Morales.
I agree with George here - Lightwell would be stronger if it healed for a low amount every second over its duration instead of a portable Healing Fountain that shares the same cooldown with it. The Healing Fountain heals slowly and players should heal up before each objective or take a drink from the Healing Fountain beforehand.
Okay I remade the trait. Now Velen has great lane sustain.
