Pain Suppression seems much too powerful for what we're used to in HOTS, it's like Lt. Morals safeguard but with twice as much damage reduction & cast able whilst stunned, I would consider revising the stats of that ability.
Love the idea of the passive, good thought on the shadowform & "light"form, only problem is though there isn't a stat in HOTS called "armor" like in WOW, so perhaps just having "you take 10/20% less damage" whilst in shadowform would be a good substitute.
As for Mindspike I feel like it should deal 40% of the damage over time effects remaining damage immediately but remove the damage of time effects from the target (similar to the ability in WOW), since there are only two damage over time effects in all his kit I feel like it'd be necessary burst otherwise people would be able to fight him too easily.

Fanaticism seems a little too weak, giving unstoppable is fine and all but seems hefty to pay 80 mana & 45 second CD on, considering the 10% area heal would be near to impossible to land depending on it's radius (perhaps if you chose soulswap instead and had it so you swapped HP with a friendly hero (but your target can never have their HP reduced below 50% via this ability, this way you could save heroes by "sacrificing" your own health, perhaps the shadow version could be you swap with an opponents health with the same 50% benchmark).
This is a hero we need, a versatile support that can be amazing like kharazim
His abilities are amazing, (please add rough stats, like high damage low damage)
His heroics are good, but the first is literally a copy of Khazarims.
Please add talents.
Ideas and possible changes.
Maybe weaken the heroics, but allow them to have a different effect in shadowform. SUch as anti healing an enemy (R1)
Or letting an ally run back base with increased speed(R2)
Overall this is a great concept and I would love to see it in the game
