The Augmented Councillor

"Why are these fools... still breathing MY AIR?!?" - Vey Hek

Councilman, General and creator of the deadly Bamor Famorians, Vey Hek's name strikes fear through the entire system. Having recently escaped yet another assassination attempt, the Grineer Leader has mysteriously arrived in the Nexus to wreck havoc.

Combat Trait

Of Highest Importance
When Vey Hek is reduced below 1 HP, he flees to his fountain, giving 50% XP and having 50% respawn time. The enemy which last damaged him is fired on by a Balor Fomorian, dealing extreme damage in an area.

Primary Abilities

Rev-Up Blasters
Vey Hek supercharges his auto attacks, reducing his auto attack speed by 0.1 seconds each hit. When he reaches a fast enough attack speed, this bonus is lost.

Magnetized Blast
After 0.75 seconds, Vey Hek releases a stream of energy at the target location. Enemies within lose shields rapidly and are silenced, with the duration increasing while an enemy remains in the field of effect.

Grineer Taskforce
Vey Hek orders a task force of Grineer soldiers down a lane, consisting of three Butchers, three Lancers and a Heavy Gunner. This force replaces a minion wave.

Heroic Abilities

Terra Frame
Vey Hek equips an enormous battle mech, augmenting his basic abilities and trait permenantly:
Trait: Vey Hek gives 100% XP when killed, but he has 100% increased health.
Q: Now slows attack speed and increases damage with every auto attack.
W: Fires Missiles which silence and damage enemies hit.
E: Deploys Powerfists instead of Butchers, who deal more damage, Hellions instead of Lancers, which hit multiple targets, and a Bombard instead of a Heavy Gunner, who deals large amounts of damage in an AOE.

Balor Facemask
Vey Hek equips a nearly indestructible face mask, augmenting his trait and basic abilities:
Trait: Vey Hek has 20 armor in addition to his original bonuses.
Q: Also lets Vey Hek attack while moving.
W: Now does damage to health instead of shields.
E: Summons Flameblades instead of Butchers, which have more health, Elite Lancers instead of Lancers, which have 50 armor, and a Hyekka Master instead of a Heavy Gunner, which deals heavy damage to minions with its flamethrower.

Kuva Armor
Vey Hek upgrades himself with the rare resource Kuva, augmenting his abilities and trait:
Trait: Vey Hek has 20 Spell Armor in addition to his previous benefits.
Q: Now gives additional Spell Armor on auto attack, up to 30.
W: Now Disarms enemies affected for the same duration as the silence.
E: Now summons two Kuva Guardians instead, which are simalar to Melee Siege mercenaries.

Special Mount

Jet Boosters
Vey Hek cannot mount, but he is 40% faster when not near enemy heroes.

Level 1 Talents

All Cannons Ready (1): Can now be triggered to fire the Balor Fomorian freely with a 3 minute cooldown. If Vey Hek dies while this ability is on cooldown, the Fomorian does not fire.
Hot Guns(Q): If the attack speed limit is reached, Rev-Up Blasters can be cast again immediately with no mana cost.
E: Grineer Soldiers deal 15% more damage if Vey Hek is nearby.

Level 4 Talents

Relay Reaper(T): The Balor Fomorian fires two blasts instead, the first dealing 50% damage, and the second 150%.
Parasite(W): Reduce the cooldown of Magnetized Blast by the time enemies were silenced for.
Feedback(W): Vey Hek can recast Magnetized Blast, dragging the area of effect to that location.

Level 7 Talents

Arid Squads(E): Grineer Soldiers have 15% increased health.
Drekkar Squads(E): Grineer Soldiers are 50% faster.
Rushed Squads (E): Grineer Tasksquad has 15% reduced cooldown.

Level 13 Talents

Finish Them Off (E): Grineer Soldiers deal 50% more damage to enemies below 25% health.
This is Unacceptable(Q): Attacks deal 1% of the target's maximum health.
Finishing Business(W): Targets damaged by Magnetized Blast for half of its duration are trapped in it for the remaining duration.

Level 16 Talents

Grineer Manic(2): Summons a Grineer Manic to attack the target hero. The Manic is cloaked and stuns the target for 2 seconds when it reaches them. 30 second cooldown.
Grineer Ballista(2): Summons a Grineer Ballista to attack the target hero. It has increased range and slows heroes it damages. 30 second cooldown.
Commanding Order(2): Order Grineer Soldiers to attack the target. 5 second cooldown.

Level 20 Talents

Terra Aglity(R): Vey Hek now has 100% increased movement speed at all times.
Balor Vigor(R): Vey Hek takes 50% reduced damage from behind.
Kuva Continuity(R): Every 30 seconds,Vey Hek gains a charge of Spell Shield, reducing the damage of the next damaging spell by 100%. Maximum 1 charge.
The Balor Fleet(Trait): The Balor Fomorian now fires on all heroes.
