Following the theme of a protection paladin, Maraad's kit involves protecting himself and allies from harm by minimizing or redirecting damage while recovering health and mana from damage that is sustained from enemy attacks. He is somewhere between support and warrior but, due to some potential for healing allies, I've classified him as a support. He is meant to be a very tanky support who can go toe to toe with warriors with similarly large pools of health.
Combat Trait

Blessing of K'ure
Passive trait. For every three successive basic attacks that hit their target, Maraad is healed for 5% of his maximum health. Every third basic attack from an enemy hero that Maraad is struck by of restores 8 mana. Mana gain can only be triggered once every three seconds.

K'ure's Glow
Requires "K'ure's Glow" talent, which replaces Blessing of K'ure. Activate to immediately heal Maraad for 636 (245 + 4% per level). Gains a 10 second cooldown.
Primary Abilities

Crusader Strike
Short range melee ability that hits all targets in an arc for 210 (115 + 4% per level) damage. Six second cooldown.

Conviction
Links Maraad with target ally, creating a shared shield between the two that absorbs 415 (160 + 4% per level) damage. If used on Maraad, shields him for 350 (156 + 4% per level) damage. Shield lasts for six seconds. Fourteen second cooldown.

Reckoning
All damage done to target hero over the next two seconds is instead transferred to Maraad. Maraad cannot be killed by transferred damage and Reckoning's effect is cancelled immediately if Maraad reaches one point of health. Twenty second cooldown.
Heroic Abilities

Light of A'dal
Summons the naaru A'dal to track wounded heroes on the battlefield and heal them. Current weakest hero is always prioritized. A'dal flies to weakest hero and emits a pulse of light every 1.5 seconds that heals for 250 health. A'dal has 2000 health and lasts for 12 seconds. Fifty five second cooldown, unless A'dal's health is depleted. If A'dal is defeated, cooldown is increased to sixty seconds.

Prophet's Chosen
Makes target ally invulnerable for one second. For a following four seconds, all incoming damage is halved and nearby heroes are individually healed for 20% of damage received.
Talents
Level 1 Block:Every 5 seconds, you can block a basic attack from an enemy hero reducing its damage by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges. Conjurer's Pursuit:Collecting regeneration globes permanently increases mana regeneration by 0.1 per second. Demolitionist: Basic attacks destroy one ammo and do 15% bonus damage to structures. Holy Armoring: Collecting regeneration globes permanently increases maximum health by 25.
Level 4 Amplified Healing: Increases regeneration effects and all healing received by 30%. Avenge the Fallen: Each friendly mercenary or minion that dies within range of Maraad restores 2 mana. Blessed Hammer: 15% of Crusader Strike's mana is returned for each hero struck by the ability. Guardian Angel:Permanently reduces Reckoning's cooldown by 3 seconds.
Level 7 Cleanse: Activate to remove all stuns, roots, silences, and slows from the target and reduce the duration of their reapplication by 50% for 2 seconds. Holy Bulwark: Increases all shield durations and damage absorbed by 20% each. Improved Conviction: Improves duration of Conviction by 2 seconds and increases damage absorbed by 25%. K'ure's Glow: K'ure's Blessing can be activated to immediately heal Maraad for 636 (245 + 4% per level). Gains a 10 second cooldown.
Level 10 Light of A'dal Prophet's Chosen
Level 13 Burst of Light: When Reckoning expires, Maraad and hero targeted by Reckoning are healed for 15% of total damage inflicted. Shrink Ray: Activate to reduce an enemy Hero's damage by 50% and Movement Speed by 50% for 4 seconds. Speed of Light: Activate to gain 75% movement speed for 3 seconds. Vindication: Increases damage of Crusader Strike by 20%.
Level 16 Benediction: Activate to reduce the mana cost of your next basic ability by 50 and its cooldown by 10 seconds. Imbued Strikes: Allied heroes within Crusader Strike's arc are healed for 205 (94 + 4% per level). Imposing Presence: Enemies that attack you have their attack speed slowed by 50%. One With K'ure: Increases healing received from Blessing of K'ure and/or K'ure's Glow to 7.5%.
Level 20 Divine Infusion: Invulnerability of Prophet's Chosen is increased by one second and increases following healing received to 40%. Discipline: Activate to reduce damage taken by 75% for 4 seconds. Disrupts roots and stuns. Nexus Frenzy: Increases attack speed by 20% and attack range by 20%. Strength of the Naaru: A'dal has 500 more health and improves A'dal's healing by 125.
