The son of Sen'jin, Vol'jin was the chieftain of the Darkspear Trolls by the time of Thrall's arrival to Kalimdor, along with the Orcs, upon the prophecy of Medivh. They were the closest ally of the Horde, along with the Tauren, the three races comprising the core of the Horde. A master strategist to then-Warchief Thrall, Vol'jin's plans never fail, especially when he consults the spirits, where he draws power from. He may seem frail by Orc standards, but proved to be deadly, as Garrosh would find. During the tyrannical reign of the Son of Hellscream, he was the one to organize a coup to depose of the warlord orc. Together with the Alliance, Vol'jin, the opposing Horde leaders, and a band of brave adventurers from both factions staged the Siege of Ogrimmar. He then formed a truce with the High King of the Alliance, Varian Wrynn, after the downfall of Garrosh, which granted him the title of Warchief of the Horde, bestowed by Thrall himself. After a disturbance at Garrosh's trial, he was one of the leaders to foray the alternate timelime of Draenor, where Orcs never fled the planet, but under the tyranny of Garrosh. Returning home after the liberation of Draenor, they had another war to face....the Legion. As Warchief, he spearheaded the Horde attack at the Broken Shore, where the Legion had set foot. There, he was mortally wounded by an Infernal, prompting Sylvanas Windrunner to sound the retreat, the Alliance, via Greymane left to think it was a betrayal. In his dying breath, after communing with the spirits, he named the Forsaken leader, Sylvanas, as his successor. Recalled from the Other Side by the Nexus, he now puts his skills to use in battle.

Vol'Jin's basic attacks against Minions are +5% dmg. He can basic attack while mounted,
only use of Abilities dismounting him

Hex(Q)
Disable an enemy Hero(point-and-click), transforming them into frogs for 1.5s, unable to use Abilities or Basic Attacks.

Wyvern Sting(W)
Throw a spear laced with Wyvern venom(skillshot, similar to Sleep Dart), dealing 102dmg(+4% per lvl), putting a target to Sleep for 3s, any form of damage ending the effect.

Cooldown: 8s

Serpent Ward(E)
Sets down a spirit cobra, striking targets for 32dmg(+4% per lvl) around a medium AoE(similar to Rehgar Totem). Prioritises nearest enemy. Lasts for 5s

Cooldown: 12s, upon expiry

Heroic Abilities

Spirit Link Totem(R1)
Set up a totem for 1s, assigning an Ally Hero to be the Spirit Link(can be yourself). Allied Heroes in the AoE' health cannot be lowered more than that of the Spirit Link's. Persists for 7s or until 1500 dmg, whichever comes first. Effect broken when assigned ally goes out of range(screen-wide).

Shadows' Revenge(R2)
When damaged, Vol'jin emits a damaging pulse of shadow energy around him, pulsating for 48 dmg for 7s every 0.25s. Every 500dmg increases the dmg pulse incrementally.

Eg:
500 dmg received: base dmg
1000 dmg received: 2x48
1500 dmg received: 3x48
2000 dmg received: 4x48, you get the idea.

Mana: 120(+4% per lvl)
Cooldown: 90s

Level 1


Marksmanship(W)
*!Quest: Hit 15 W strikes on Heroes. Stacks not lost upon missing but lost upon death.
!Reward: Wyvern Sting impacts for +15% dmg.

Shamanistic Ritual(Q)
*Increase the duration of Hex by 0.5s

Expert Hunter(Trait)
*!Quest: Hit 10 Mounted Heroes
!Reward: Bonus AA dmg lasts for 3 more hits after dismounting Heroes.

Hunter's Throw(Passive)
*Adds +30% range to your basic attacks.

Level 4


Spitting Cobra(E)
*Serpent Ward's attacks now become ranged, spitting venom, dealing 35 dmg/s over 2s, but now has 30% slower attack speed.

Shadow Hex(Q)
*Hex now adds a 1s Silence on the target after Hex expires.

Potent Venom(W)
*Wyvern Sting also causes poison dmg to the Sleeping target, dealing 42dmg/s over the duration. Poison dmg does not expire when the target wakes up.

Swift Rider(Z/Trait)
*You now move 10% faster when Mounted, bonus lost upon dismount.


Level 7


Sidewinders(E)
*Serpent Ward now has 3 heads that can focus 3 targets at the same time, all sharing the same AoE.

Spirit's Judgement(Q)
*Hex Slows the target's movement by 20% after the spell expires.

Wyvern Incantation(Active)
*Grant an ally Stealth for 3s.
Mana: 75/Cooldown:45s

Level 13


Wrath of the Sprits(Q)
*When Hex expires, the spell explodes for 284 dmg.

Counsel of the Sprits(Passive)
*Regain Mana 25% faster out of combat, activating after 2s.

Grace of the Sprits(W/Trait)
*Move 10% faster unmounted; also attacking 10% faster after casting W for 3s.


Level 16


Bwonsamdi's Blessing(Q/E)
!RQuest: Hitting Heroic enemies with either Hex or Serpent Ward grants +5% Ability power on Q and E. Max of 10 stacks while alive. Stacks lost upon death.

Hunter's Balance(W)
*Can now cast Wyvern Sting while Mounted.

Trippy Mane(Passive)
*Vol'Jin switches to using his dagger, inflicting Bleed dmg every 4th attack. His attacks now are melee, his Bleed dealing an additional 26dmg/0.75s, only stopping when healing occurs/granted.

Level 20


Spirits Watch Ova Ya'(R1)
*Assigned Hero now takes 50% less damage for the duration of the spell, which in turn translates to 50% less damage to the totem. Now lasts for 10s, and heals the assigned target for 302HP after expiring.

Vengeful Energy(R2)
*Ranged Abilities are sent back to the caster(within screen range) for 25% of the Untalented power. Starting dmg of the pulse is now doubled, and grows in size with more dmg received.

Da Sucessa'(Active)
*Communing with the spirits, name an allied Hero a Successor. When Vol'jin dies within 180s of naming, he passes on his Trait to the assigned player, having the bonus until he respawns.

Veteran Slayer(Trait)
*Enemy Heroes dismounted by Vol'Jin cannot Mount(Z) for 3s, and are slowed 15% for the duration.

Master Shaman(Q/E)
*Q: Refund 30% of the Mana cost as HP when the spell expires.
E: Heals you for 10% of thr dmg dealt while active.
