Little is known about the Assassin Volke, save that he has lived for far too long to appear so young. Respected for his policy of keeping one contract at a time, the moment his job is complete, Volke no longer holds allegiance. Everything beginning and ending with gold, Volke's next contract is to "Put out fires" in the nexus.
Combat Trait
1
Fireman
Volke is extremely well connected, allowing him to go anywhere unnoticed. Instead of mounting, Volke travels to any location on the map not currently being perceived by the enemy.
Primary Abilities
1
Gouge
Deal heavy damage in melee range. Volke's level 1 talents add a secondary effect.
2
Poison Dagger
Volke throws a dagger, dealing light damage and slowing all enemies in its path.
3
Vault
Volke becomes unstoppable and rolls to a location. 2 charges.
Heroic Abilities
1
Extinguish
Kill an enemy hero in melee range. 5 minute cooldown.
2
"Procure"
Volke targets an enemy, and if they remain within a certain range of him after X seconds, he steals their held objective. (Blackheart coins, nukes, etc.)
3
Disguise
Volke chooses from a list of enemy heroes to disguise himself as. All enemies will perceive him as an ally, but taking hero damage will cancel the effect. Short cooldown.
Level 1 talents: Gouge
Kidney Shot: Gouge stuns for .5 seconds.
Evisceration: Gouge bleeds for 75% damage over 5 seconds.
Hamstring: Reduces Gouge's cooldown, but slows by X% for 3 seconds.
Sidestep: Gouge shears X Armor and positions Volke behind his target.
Level 20 talent ideas.
Turncoat: For the first 5 seconds out of Disguise, Volke deals 100% increased damage.
Sleight of Hand: Procure is instant. Volke charges more for better work.
Lethality: Lethality's cooldown is reduced by 90 seconds.
Random talents:
Quest: Contract: After killing all enemy heroes without dying, permanently increase attack speed.
Contagion: Poison Dagger applies a chaining poison to non-heroic targets.
Volke
I wanted to create a more awkward champion in the form of an elusive rogue. I couldn't think of any Blizzard Rogues I'd use, so I went with one from Fire Emblem 9. Apply this to whoever.
