Nerazim Matriarch

"As the daughter of Raszagal, Vorazun has had a lot of pressure on her shoulders as the matriarch of the Dark Templar ever since her mentor Mohandar was slain. Although she gets into frequent contention with Artanis over the treatment of the Dark Templar, she is a supporter of the Daelaam and has tried for a long time to unite the two Protoss factions. A dedicated leader, she will do anything to help her people, even sacrificing old traditions and her home planet to do so."

Vorazun is a squishy melee support with a decent amount of utility if used well. Her damage output is half decent and she does have some cc, but more importantly is her invisibility. Being able to make yourself and allies invisible with Cloaking Field is a big boon, and having tons of synergy with other invis heroes makes her even better! Yes, being revealed isn't great, but that's not what's important, the important part is that you can't be seen on the minimap and you can gank enemies with impunity. To compensate your health bar is very low, forcing you to play much safer than other supports. Vorazun works best alongside gankers and teams with good burst.

Shadow Fury is a damage and mobility tool, letting you deal AoE damage with your basic attacks or jump around to allies or enemies. The cooldown is pretty sizeable though, and it is still only a basic attack so it's reduced by Block and the such. Dark Mending is your only healing ability, and it's a bit difficult to use. The health burst is quite sizeable, giving them what is essentially a shield greater than that of a Tassadar Shield for a brief moment, which means it can be good for absorbing burst or DoT. The damage dealt is lower than the healing provided but it's unreliable for topping allies off. Casting it on an enemy may seem pointless, but when combined with Debilitate it can have some nice damage output. A damage boost and healing reduction is very convenient, especially with a decent duration attached to it, and the range deficit is not that big a deal especially when it can be applied at range with Shadow Fury.

Shadow Guard is a very aggressive heroic that deals some damage, but also has a nice bit of cc attached to it. It's a skillshot which means it can be missed pretty easily, but that also means it can be used to escape, and the short cooldown makes it pretty reliable. Disruption Web is like a Lurking Arm with a bigger AoE and that also prevents enemies from attacking. It's not a hard interrupt like a silence but it can be instantly cast, and unlike a Blind which still allows enemies to try and hit you they straight-up can't do anything at all! Using it in a choke point or to preemptively prevent enemies from doing stuff is the best use for it, and the 1min cooldown is just short enough for it to be up most of the time.

Generate a large aura that makes self and allies invisible if they have not been in combat for 4s.

55 mana - 14s cooldown

Teleports to the target enemy or ally, if the target is an enemy instantly basic attacking them, and then teleporting to and attacking up to 5 nearby enemies (prioritising heroes) with 400% attack speed. Vorazun is untargetable during the ability and ignores blinds.

Dark Mending
25 mana - 3s cooldown

Target enemy or ally restores 600 (+4% per level) health but then takes 400 (+4% per level) damage over 2 seconds. Damage cannot kill allies and does not break stealth, and ignores armor on allies. Health that goes over the allies' max health is applied as a non-stacking shield.

80 mana - 11s cooldown

Empower the next basic attack to deal 40% increased damage, and cause the target to take 40% increased damage from Vorazun and recieve 40% less healing for 4s, with basic attacks extending the duration by .5s

Dash in the target direction stunning the first enemy hero hit for .5s while dealing 77 (+4% per level) damage, and then teleporting behind them silencing for 1.5s while dealing an additional 127 (+4% per level) damage.

80 mana - 60s cooldown

Creates an AoE preventing all enemies inside (includes structures) from attacking or casting spells lasting 6 seconds. Does not cancel moving channels.

Other Designs

Vorazun is not my favorite character but she has personality and a lot of potential as a hero, so I'm looking forwards to her being implemented. We could certainly use more Protoss, especially when it comes to Nerazim since we have one representative, and Zeratul doesn't utilize the full force of the Dark Templar's arsenal. Also her silhouette looks pretty dope, dual bladed scythes are really cool looking in-game. Oh, and Shadow Fury is like, the coolest.

Looking at her talents, they look to be more synergistic to cloaking field ult which leads to a monotonic build path for her.
Maybe you should change the veil of shadows mechanic to cloak your allies and heal them as well? Other than that it's a nice concept especially for a Dark Templar which is seen more as an assassin class.
