Venerable Reaver

Background: A Reaver of ancient but highly advanced technological design that easily outperforms the most recently produced Reavers, The Warbringer has decimated countless enemy fortifications and has secured victory countless times for the Protoss empire. Now reactivated by Praetor Mojo to combat Schezar's schemes, The Warbringer will break the siege once again.

Concept Summary: An ammunition based hero. Warbringer's attacks send out Scarabs that seek out enemies and explode dealing damage to enemies in a small area, this is perfect for sieging fortifications and causing massive damage to grouped enemies. All this power comes at a price as Warbringer's mobility is extremely limited as it cannot mount up, and moves at 10% slower speed that most heroes and must rely on momentary speed increases to move into position or retreat. Once the scarabs are used up Warbringer must wait until a new one is produced in order to attack or use his Q and W. The Warbringer can also shrug off damage and take the damage focus away from allies should the need arise.

Scarab Drone Assemblers
Stores up to five scarabs which are used when attacking and used by some abilities. The drones seek out your enemies but detonate after chasing for 10 seconds. You automatically build a scarab every 4 seconds until full capacity. You move at 10% slower speed.

Note: Basic Attacks, Scarab Launcher and Scarab Overdrive are disabled when you run out of scarabs.

Launch a scarab in an arc over a long distance, bypassing terrain while travelling. Upon landing the scarab seeks out the nearest enemy hero or minion and detonates. Uses a scarab with each use. Has a minimum range of 3.

Energy Cost: 65
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Causes your scarabs to travel 50% faster and deal damage in a 30% larger area for 6 seconds.

Singularity Armor
Ability Key: E
Energy Cost: 20/second
Cooldown: 4 seconds

(Toggled Ability)

Gain 30 armor that reduces all damage by 30% and redirects the damage that nearby allies take toward you.

Deploy Observer
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Warps in an Observer to reveal and area for 20 seconds. Can detect cloaked units. Can be repositioned while active with its assigned ability key.

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Teleports to a nearby location after a 1 second delay.

Heroic Abilities

Become immobile and restore 10% health every second. You also gain a shield that grants 30 armor that reduces damage by 30%. Lasts for 5 seconds.

Upgrade: Psi-Curtain

Nearby allies gain 20 armor that reduces all damage they take by 20% and can now channel up to 7 seconds.

Scarab Barrage
Ability Key: R
Energy Cost: 100
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Restores all scarabs over 3 seconds, becoming unable to attack. Upon reaching full capacity, release all stored scarabs at once to seek out all nearby enemies (prioritizing heroes). All scarabs released benefit from the scarab overdrive effect. Unused scarabs reduce the cooldown by 5 seconds each.

Upgrade: Expedited Assembly

Replenishes all scarabs over 5 seconds when the ability ends.

Special Mount

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Increases movement speed by 60% for 3 seconds. Cannot attack while active.
