Creates an orbiting shield of bone on an Allied Target that absorbs 30(+30 per level) and reflects half of that amount to the attacker.

Decrepify
Lowers the enemies hero movement speed by 40% for 4 seconds. The target's attack speed is also slowed by half the amount, initially slowed by 20%.
The slow increases over the duration.

Poison Nova
A ring of poison explodes from the Necromancer dealing 50(+20 per level) damage instantly, and dealing an additional 20(+10 level) damage over 4 seconds.

Dim Vision
Remove vision for the enemy team for 5 seconds. Nearby enemies caught in the cast are also stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Summon Blood Golem
Summons a Blood Golem with health equal to the casters maximum health. 50% of the damage the Blood Golem does is restored as it's health. Player can press R again to siphon 20% of it's maximum health to heal allies, but this permanently lowers the Blood Golem's maximum health.
