When an Allied Hero falls in battle, Tirion gains 25% increased damage and 10% movement speed for 3 seconds. If multiple allies die, the duration is increased.

Judgement
Ranged Targeted Ability; 60 mana, 8 second cooldown. Hits a target for 50(+12 per level) and slows them by 40% for 1.5 seconds

Consecration
70 mana, 12 second cooldown: Bathes the ground around you in holy fire, causing 30(+8 per level) damage per second to enemies who stand in the area. Effect lasts 4 seconds.

Word of Glory
10 second Cooldown, 80 Mana: Heals an allied target for 120(+20 per level). If used within 3 seconds of "Judgement" being cast, 100% of the mana cost is refunded.
Heroic Abilities

Guardian of Ancient Kings
110 second cooldown, 80 Mana: Summons a Guardian of Ancient Kings with 500+(100 per level) to redirect 50% of the damage you take. Lasts for 8 seconds or until the Guardian takes lethal damage.

Sanctified Wrath
90 second CD 100 Mana. Infuse yourself with the Light, increasing all damage done by 20% and your basic ability cooldowns regenerate 100% faster. Lasts 12 seconds. Avenging Wrath can also now be activated with a 20 second cooldown.
PLAYSTYLE
Tirion is based around a Retribution Paladin. A very strong Melee Fighter with some "defensive" capabilities. Tirion thrives in battle and fighting in the name of the light. While he may lack mitigation and crowd control in the early levels, he makes up for it in damage output.
His trait "Avenging Wrath" allows Tirion to get vengeance on the enemy team if they are taking down his allies, making him a sizable threat if ignored or unchecked.
Q is Judgement, a targeted ability allowed to do ranged damage and apply a slow for a brief period. You can use this to either engage in a fight, chase, or peel for an ally.
W is Consecration, lighting the ground under Tirion with Holy fire. The longer the enemy stands in the affected area, the more the damage that stacks up.
E is Word Of Glory, it heals yourself or an ally for a small amount. This spell refunds mana if Judgement has been used. Refund is not the same as making it free, if you do not have the mana to cast Word of Glory, it will not make it free.
His first Heroic Ability, Guardian of Ancient Kings, summons a stationary Guardian with a separate health bar that begins to channel a spell that redirects damage that Tirion takes. While the channel can not be broken, the Guardian can be damaged. Using AOE abilities on both Tirion and the Guardian will be useful. Also, if Tirion walks out of range, the effect ends early. Keep this in mind against enemy with displacements.
His 2nd heroic is "Sanctified Wrath" which has two effects. The first being that "Avenging Wrath" can now be activated with a short cooldown. The second, is the spell itself, which increases all damage done and while active, your basic abiltiy cooldowns regenerate faster, meaning you can chain multiple Judgements into Word of Glories, or stack consecration effects.
Basic playstyle is to be on the front line, keeping enemies in your consecration. You can use Judgement to keep them in the area, or to conserve mana in a long fight. You can choose to heal yourself or others with Word Of Glory, so do not hesitate in aiding an ally.
With only 1 ranged Ability, he can be kited easily, meaning heroes with High Mobility can escape him without his teams support. Also his high mana costs mean you can't mindlessly spam abilities. Use them with a purpose.
Talents
Tier 1 - Level 1:
Block: Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges.
Light's Grace: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Health Regeneration by 1.0 per second and Mana Regeneration by .1
Long Arm of the Law: Increases range of Judgement by 20%
Purge the Weak: Increases Consecrations damage to Minions and Mercenaries by 150%
Tier 2 - Level 4:
Amplified Healing: Increases all regeneration and healing effects by 30%.
Selfless Healer: Increases "Word of Glory's" healing by 50% if used on an ally.
Judgement of the Wise: Using Judgement restores 20% of your missing mana, this effect is doubled on enemy heroes
Seal of Command: Every 8 seconds, your next Basic Attack against an Hero deals 50% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second
Holy Avenger: Increases the duration of "Avenging Wrath" by 50%.
Tier 3 - Level 7:
Hand of Freedom: Activate to remove all stuns, roots, silences, and slows from the target and prevents their reapplication for 1 second. 30 second CD
Eternal Flame: Word of Glory also applies Eternal Flame, which continues to heal the target for 40(+10 per level) over 4 seconds
Pursuit of Justice: Using Judgement Also increases your movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds
Crusader Strike: After using an ability, your next Basic Attack within 4 seconds deals 30% additional damage and heals you for half of the damage dealt.
Harsh Words: Word of Glory can be used on an enemy to do 75% of its healing amount as damage.
Tier 4 - Level 10:

Path of the Consecrator: Flames of Consecration now extend from you, applying it to the ground you walk on for it's duration.
Unyielding Faith: Reduces all crowd control effects by 50%, this is increased to 75% while Avenging Wrath is active.
Beacon of Light: Word of Glory also heals yourself even if used on Allies. If used on self, it will heal the lowest health nearby ally.
Blinding Light: Enemies who stand in your "Consecration" are also blinded for 1 second, this effect refreshes upon each instance of damage from "Consecration."
Righteous Vengeance: Increases damage done by Avenging Wrath to 50% and Move speed to 30%
Tier 6 - Level 16:
Execution Sentence: Judgement makes enemies Vulnerable, taking 25% more damage from all sources.
Hand of Sacrifice: Activate to use 10% of your maximum health to give an Ally a shield for 300% of that amount.
Sacred Ground: Consecration also heals allied Heroes standing in the area for 12 (+3 per level) every second.
Divinity: While your Heroic is active, you heal for 3% of your max health per second.
Tier 7 - Level 20:
Eye for an Eye: Increases the health of Guardian of Ancient Kings by 30% and reflects 50% of the damage received for it's duration.
Divine Purpose: While Avenging Wrath and Sanctified Wrath are active, your basic Abilities cost no mana
Inquisition: The base version of Avenging Wrath is now always active.
Divine Intervention: Martyr yourself to give all Allies a shield equal to 30% of YOUR maximum health, lasts 10 seconds. Your death timer is reduced by 50% if used while above 50% health.
