Level 1:
Gaping Scream: Increases the width of Nightmare Bolt by 35%
Wishes for death: Reduces Curse of Fears' mana cost by #
Mutated Flesh: Devouring Magics now also reduces healing received by 2% per stack.
Level 4:
Delusions of Truth: In addition to being feared, Nightmare Bolt now also applies 2 stacks of Devouring Magics instead of 1.
Waste Away Slowly: Ring of Isolation now applies a small damage over time of effect, ramping up the longer you stay in it.
Breath of Insanity: Increases Curse of Fears cone effect length by 15%.
Level 7:
Waking Death: Hitting enemy heroes with Curse of Fears' cone effect increases it's damage by 5, up to 100. After gaining 20 stacks, the cones width increases by 50%.
Rapid Panic: Increases the speed of Nightmare Bolt by 25%
Frightening Pursuit: Xavius can now increase his speed by 60% for 4 second but will be stunned for 2 seconds if damaged for more than 10% of his health while active. 25 second cooldown

Level 13:
Fear of Isolation: Ring of Isolation now slows the target up to 50% rather than 30%.
Tremble before the Nightmare!: Enemy heroes hit by the cone of Curse of Fears increase it's damage by 10% for 3 seconds. The damage increase effect stacks.
Frailty in Fear: Nightmare Bolt's fear effect also makes you vulnerable for 2.5 seconds, causing the target to take 25% increased damage.
Level 16:
Overwhelming Magics: Devouring Magics now stacks up 2 additional times. (up to seven)
Essence of Fear: Xavius can drain the Devouring Magics from a target, granting him up to 50% damage reduction for 7 seconds. Every stack of Devouring Magics grants 10% damage resistance.
Explosive Nightmares: Nightmare Bolt now explodes on impact, damage any enemy nearby the initial target.
Level 20:
Surrender Eternally: Fall to Madness! now increases the target's health by 25% for as long as they are mind controlled.
Nightmare Storm: Nightmare Devastation now also causes Nightmare Meteors to randomly spray lesser meteors around its area.
Fall to the Nightmare: Xavius can now put a character to sleep, placing them in stasis for 10 seconds or until Xavius manually cancels it.
Don't look behind you...!: Stalker of the Nightmare now also causes Xavius to deal 15% of the target's maximum health in damage upon arrival.
