This rework atempt to make xul more tanky and usefull.
-RAISE SKELETONS-
skeletons are weaker but are passevely spawned near xul every 5 seconds, and last longer, so, is trait keep on being usefull when out of lane
lvl 4 jailors have been modified, making skeletons builds more interesting
lvl 7 Trag'Oul's Essence now have a quest to increase maximum active skeletons
lvl 16 corpse explosion now also allow to spawn skeletons
-BONE ARMOR-
Bone armor now passively grants a shield when out of combat for 3 seconds
Shade have been modified and moved to level 4, to allow more tanky builds.
-BONE PRISON-
lvl 20 bone jail increase bone prison range and decrease its delay
-SPECTRAL SCYTHE-
Reaper's Toll have moved to level one, giving more agressive build and early game.
lvl 20 Mortal Wound have removed and integrated into reaper's toll quest.
-SKELETAL MAGES-
Skeletal mages can be reactivated once to replca them to xul's position, making them harder to kill/avoid
Lvl 20 cold hand of death now make frost mages invulnarable for 2 seconds
