Yogg-Saron, the Lucid Dream, the Monster in your Nightmares, the Fiend of a Thousand Faces. He goes by many names, but his influence can be felt across Azeroth, even while imprisoned within the titan complex of Ulduar. Yogg-Saron is one of the four Old Gods of Azeroth, terrifying powerful beings that seek to bring the world itself back to its primordial state, either destroying anything that stands in their way or warping them in their own cursed image.
And now, the Old God's Influence has found its way into the Nexus, and he seeks to bring yet another world under his will.
STATS
Yogg-Saron is a fearsome specialist who excels at locking down positions of a map, all while being capable of turning his enemies against one another. With a high base health, a huge mana pool and a reasonable amount of range, the Old God is a force to be reckoned with. However, this amazing power comes at a price, as Yogg-Saron is a character that is unable to move freely throughout the map. Yogg-Saron must manually teleport in order to set himself up for a team fight. This design for Yogg-Saron is specifically designed to counter melee-focused comps and reckless dive heroes, but will struggle greatly against poke and sustained ranged damage.

More max stacks before inducing insanity, 60 would be a better number in my opinion, so his E wouldn't be overpowered on tight objectives.
His Q and the quest, Or his Q duration should be reduced, 8 seconds is VERY long, or his quest should be harder to get.
But for the rest, I love this concept, very intriguing.
