Yukari Ya***o is a disruptive mage who utilizes minions and turns her enemies' projectiles against them to deal damage.

Pros:
    High potential damage
    Can counter enemy projectiles
    Minions provide easy consistent damage
    Decent mobility
Cons:
    Main damaging ability is inconsistent
    Lots of abilities are channeled or delayed
    Not very durable
Statistics:
Health: 1,560 (+4% per level)
Regen: 3.50 (+4% per level)
Mana: 500 (+10 per level)
Regen: 3.00 (+0.098 per level)
Atk Speed: 1.00 per second
Damage: 105 (+4% per level)

Author's Note: This concept is kind of different and I wasn't sure if I should release it since Yukari isn't actually a Blizzard character, but I wanted to make a Touhou concept at some point and Yukari had interesting abilities that I don't think would've been better suited to any Blizzard characters. If anyone is interested, here's some wiki pages for Yukari, Ran, and Chen.

Combat Trait

Shikigami
Passive:
Yukari is followed by her two minions, Ran and Chen. They follow her in a wide area, can be attacked, and respawn at Yukari 8 seconds after they are defeated. Neither Ran nor Chen grant experience when defeated.

Ran has 953 (+4% per level) health and launches a projectile at the nearest enemy every 0.8 seconds that deals 27 (+4% per level) damage to the first target hit.

Chen has 754 (+4% per level) health and launches 8 projectiles in a circle around her every 1.4 seconds that each deal 33 (+4% per level) damage to the first target hit (if multiple projectiles from one attack hit the same target, each one after the first deals 80% less damage).

Primary Abilities

Bullet Gap
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Cost: 50 mana

Yukari opens a gap in melee range for 3 seconds that absorbs all projectiles created by enemies, Ran, and Chen that enter it.

Bullet Gap can be recast within 5 seconds using vector targeting to open a new gap for 2 seconds, launching one projectile that deals 55 (+4% per level) to the first enemy hit for each projectile that Bullet Gap absorbed. If the first gap is open when Bullet Gap is recast, the original gap closes.

The fire rate of projectiles is such that there is the same amount of time between each projectile, and all are fired by the end of the 2 seconds.

Command Shikigami
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Cost: 25 mana

Yukari commands Ran and Chen to attack a single target. They each spin and travel over terrain toward the target, dealing 44 (+4% per level) damage to any enemies in the way and pushing them aside, then focus their attacks on and continue following their target for up to 3 seconds. Command Shikigami can target enemies or Yukari's Bullet Gap.

Command Shikigami also heals Ran and Chen to full health, and causes them to respawn if they are currently defeated.

Youkai Warp
Cooldown: 18 seconds
Cost: 40 mana

Yukari channels for 0.5 seconds, stepping through a gap to a target location instantaneously after the channel ends.

Youkai Warp has an above average maximum cast range as well as a minimum cast range (similar to Medivh's Portal). The cooldown of Youkai Warp is reduced proportional to how much of the total possible distance is traveled.

Heroic Abilities

Danmaku Barrier
Cooldown: 85 seconds
Cost: 75 mana

Yukari begins an Unstoppable 3 second channel that will complete even if she dies. After it ends, Yukari vanishes from the map and 6 damaging waves that each deal 100 (+4% per level) damage shrink in on Yukari's original position from a large radius over 6 seconds. The waves deal 20% less damage for each enemy hero they hit in their path and slow affected enemies by 20% for 3 seconds.

After Danmaku Barrier ends, if Yukari didn't die during the channel, she can select a position to appear in within Danmaku Barrier's radius (similar to Alextrasza's Cleansing Flame) after 2 seconds. Otherwise, she will respawn instantly at her team's Altar of Storms.

Abandoned Line
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Cost: 70 mana

Yukari channels for 1.5 seconds, after which she opens a gap that sends a train flying in a target direction. The train deals 550 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in its path and pushes them to the side, and continues to block movement for 2.5 seconds after.

After it travels a moderate distance, the train enters another gap, ending its path.
