The main idea behind this rework proposal is to make Zagara a much more interactive Hero and to allow it's players to have much more control over her abilities and strengths so it is'nt anymore an unfair Hero against beginners while it is too easy to counter for more experienced ones.
The changes thus made to her kit where:
- Add impact to her Basic attacks by increasing slightly it's damages and cooldown reduction (while all cooldowns are made longer)
- Add control over her Summons by making Hydralisk retargetable and making Baneling guiding Roachlings focus.
- Add some decision-making by making all her spells stronger but limited by a much more rigid ressource.
- Massive talent changes to adapt into previous changes and to allow more strategic decisions regarding talents and permit build hybridation.
- Buffed level 13 talents to bring tools in order to be able to outplay divers.
