Iron Maiden would become overpowered if talented. VERY overpowered. One skill on that short of a cooldown doing that much is simply way too good. I had worked on a Necro concept on a whim and noticed your concept after making and posting it. I sincerely believe the only way to make the curses useful without making them overpowered would be for them to be actives as talents.
I'm also not sure, between Poison Nova being thematically PBAoE and the passive being a temp summon on minion kills, how this concept would work as an Assassin. Specialist seems more like it, but your talents would need some touching up to adjust for that.
Eventually Poison Nova could have really big range to reach also ranged heroes from enemy team.

It's very interesting concept for Necromancer. I admit I always thought about him more like about Support (similar kind to Tassadar) - with no heal, but with shield, curse enemy and raising skeletons to help (skeletons for example could explode when they are dying and return some health to Necromancer after picking a talent). But of course I'm sure he would be nice Assassin, too.
Only thing I'm not sure in your concept is how Poison Nova would work - while Necromancer is supposed to be ranged hero, he would need to come closer to enemies to cast Nova around him and that's always a big risk.
