Level 1 -
each talent of this set will grant her a different staff. Special effects after shapeshifting won't happen if the same form/aspect is taken in a row nor in less than 30s.
(D)I love all the animals: reduces by 75% mana of shapeshifting and removes cooldown. While in
humanoid form Zen'Tabra benefits from 100% of all traits
status buffs. (15% atk speed, 15 armor, HP 300, ability power 15%, mov. speed 10%).
(D) Daughter of Gonk: Raptor trait also grants extra 15% atk speed and 10% mov speed plus extra 10% for 2s right after shapeshifting.
(D) Daughter of Horridon: Direhorn trait grants extra 10 armor, 100 HP and makes hero unstopabble by 1s after shapeshifting.
(D) Daughter of Hakkar: Wind Serpent trait causes shapeshifting into Wind Serpent and back from it to cost no mana and extra 15% magical power. Also, and Vortex now damages for 16(+5%) per second, healing Zen'tabra for duration. Also, now when Efflorescence and Vortex are on same area, this area roots enemies.
Level 4
Feral Instinct: Consecutive attacks increases atk speed by 7% up to 49%. Decays over 7 seconds.
Hybernation: when stunned, rooted or slowed, receives extra 10 armor and 25% increased healing from all sources for 3s.
Nature persistence: Increases every special effect duration from any ability by 50%.
Reminescent skin: Shapeshifting into human form grants shield equal 20% of her maximum life. CD 45s. This talent is changed by I Love All The Animals, allowing it to happen once for every 90s in humanoid form. Shield is lost if shapeshift.
Level 7
Fast Bat: Increases Bat Form mov. speed by 10%.
Loud Scream: Increases Frontal Screech area by 25% and silences enemies for 1s.
Eccho amp: Reduces Long Screech cooldown by 4s and keep area revelaed for an extra 1s.
Delicacy: Reduces casting time for Bat form in 70% but reduces armor by 25 for 4 seconds after shapeshifting into it.
Level 13
Stinging Spores: Same as Burning Rage but persists for 2 seconds after last contact.
Shrink Ray: Activate to reduce enemy hero damage and mov. speed by 50% for 4s
Nature's hurry: reduces every cooldown (except trait) by 1s
Nature's spread: Increases by 20% area of effect of every ability
Level 16
Tree Trunk: Instead of dying, Zen'tabra turns into humanoid form and receive 50% life as shield for 4s. Trait can only be used after 6s. Do not work if already in humanoid form. CD 100s
Hardened Focus: While above 60% health CD are 50% faster
Savage Adrenaline: increases mov speed by 2% by each 5 health point missing
Bat form being included was also a really interesting choice since its basically a mount with its own abilities. Thats cool!
From a balancing perspective, this seems like a nightmare. Hes basically every role in one Scouting, Frontline, DPS, and Healing.
Look at how many times they had to balance Varian and hes still not in a very health spot in terms of diversity. And he only does 2 roles.
In fact, balancing multiclass is specially difficult to be done. In order to make it easier, I tried to design it so the role should be chosen since level 1, encouraging a main talent tree for that, but allowing every talent to benefit each role in a certain way, making more choices viable, exploring mixed classes like a bruiser. While I belive it is challenging, I loved to eplore the possibilities of the shapeshifter druid, specially in a female troll hero. I don't really feel I'm strong in balancing since I'm always afraid of making my concepts too powerful so I end up making them extremly weak and have to return and buff them and I guess it ends up being unbalanced and that's a big struggle to me, so while I do the math to have somewhere to start, I'll focus more on the fantasy matching with the kit. Any suggestion and discussion both in balancing and kit are welcomed, so thank you for your time and forp pointing the balancing problem :D
