Zultun

Ghost of a great Wizard

Zoltun is a ranged mage assassin, who manipulates the battlefield with ease. His skills combo nicely, but often need talents to lower the Arcane cost.

Basic stats:
Health: 1473
Resource: 120 Arcane Energy
Regen: 4.5
Regen of resource: 20 per second

Attack speed: 1.5 attacks a second
Attack damage: 65 damage + 15 spell damage

Combat Trait

Unstable Anomaly
Instead of Mana, Zultun uses Arcane energy. It regenrates at 20 per second. For every 1 Arcane energy, Zultun gains 1% spell power and 1% cooldown reduction. When Zultun runs out of Arcane energy, he is silenced for 0.75 seconds and get his movement speed reduced to 30% for 1 second.

Primary Abilities

Shock Pulse
Cooldown: 8 seconds
40 Arcane energy

Zultun fires a surge of electricity in the target direction, dealing 46 damage and stunning all targets hit for 0.3 seconds. If shock pulse is used on full Arcane energy, it deals an additional 50% damage.

Arcane Torrent
Cooldown: 20 seconds
20 Arcane energy

Zultun fires a barrage of 40 missiles withing 4 seconds, each dealing 1 damage and draining 2 energy. Arcane torrent also pushes back enemies within 1 range of the missile landing. It can be canceled after 1.5 seconds. Zultun cannot move whilst casting this ability, but the missiles can be moved by the cursor.

Slow time
Cooldown: 24 seconds
80 arcane energy

Zultun makes a bubble at the target location, slowing the movement speed of all enemies inside it by 40%. If used on full Arcane energy, the next cast of Slow time will cost no Arcane energy. The bubble lasts 5 seconds. Stores 2 charges.

Secondary Abilities

Arcane Dynamo
Cooldown: 120 seconds

Once activated, all spells cost no Arcane energy, Zultun does not regenerate Arcane energy, and cooldowns do not recharge. Lasts 3 seconds. This ability benefits from Unstable Anomaly.

Heroic Abilities

Black Hole
Cooldown: 240 seconds
100 Arcane energy

Zultun fires a black hole in the target location, the black hole explodes upon hitting an enemy hero, it deals 100 damage and gives back 20 arcane energy for every enemy hero hit by the black hole. 1 second after the explosion, the black hole expands and drags all enemies into it for 3 seconds. Heroes sucked in by the black hole get dealt 30% Arcane energy damage.

Meteor
Cooldown: 300 seconds
120 Arcane energy

Zultun calls down a meteor in the target location anywhere on the map. After 2 seconds, the meteor lands and deals 300 damage, 400 damage in the centre and an additional 10% damage for every enemy hero hit. Getting a killing blow with Meteor will grant 120 Arcane energy to Zultun and he is able to recast it again, within 10 seconds, dealing 20% damage.

Level 1

[Quest]Arcane Mastery:
Quest: Collect regeneration globes.
Reward: Each regeneration globe collected increases Zultun's Health by 2%
Reward: Upon collecting 25 regeneration globes: Zultun's Arcane energy is increased from 120 to 150. Additionaly, takedowns grant 150 Arcane energy.
[Passive]: Zultun heals for 50% of extra damage dealt with Arcane Energy.

If 3 of Zultun's spells are used within 4 seconds of each other, the next spell will cost 30% Arcane energy.

Hergbrash's binding:
If an enemy hero stays withing Slow Time's bubble for 4 seconds, the hero gets rooted for 1.5 seconds and get their armour reduced by 5.

Level 4

Shock explosion:
Enemies at the last 25% of Shock pulse, get dealt 20% more damage. That damage splashs to nearby enemies for 30% damage.

Arcane Storm:
Arcane Torrent gives Zultun 1 Arcane energy per enemy hit.

Magic Dynamo:
Arcane dynamo lasts 55% longer. Getting Killing blows whilst Arcane dynamo is active grants Zultun 20% Spell power for 2 seconds. This stacks up to 100% spell power. Arcane dynamo no longer benefits from Unstable Anomaly.

level 7

[passive]:Convention of Elements:
Using a spell at full Arcane Energy makes the next spell use 50% Arcane power and deal 40% more damage and lasts 30% longer. Getting a killing blow with a spell at full Arcane Power will recharge all basic ability's cooldown.

[passive]:Halo of Arlyse:
All slow durations, stun durations and knockback distances are increased by 100%.

[passive]:Wand of Woh:
Basic Abilities cost 10% less Arcane energy and deal 5% more spell damage. The 5% extra damage ignores all armour and deal 2000% damage to shields.

level 13

Arcane Hurricane:
Arcane Torrent deals 2% more damage for every missile that lands on an enemy hero.

Magic torrent:
Arcane torrent reduces the spell power of hit enemies by 1% for every missile. During the cast, Zultun gains 40 spell armour and 20 armour.

Unstoppable storm:
Reduces the duration of Arcane torrent by 2 seconds. During this time, Zultun is unstoppable. This ability still fires 40 missiles.

Level 16

Echo Shock:
Every hero hit gives Zultun 20 Arcane energy and reduces the cooldown of Shock pulse by 1 second.

[Active]:Sand Timer:
Zultun places a ruin at his current position. The ruin casts Slow time every 30 seconds, for 5 seconds. The ruin lasts until Zultun dies, or is replaced.

Surge of Power:
For every enemy hero in Slow Times's bubble, Zultun gains 15% spell power.

Level 20

Dark Hole:
Black Hole's second explosion happens 1 second sooner. Enemies caught in the second explosion get their armour reduced by 25% for 6 seconds.

Meteor shower:
Reduce the damage of Meteor by 400% and size by 50% but Meteors now rain down in a small area anywhere on the map for 4 seconds. If a meteor hits an enemy hero, the duration is refreshed but deals 5% less damage per meteor hit.

Protective Anomaly:
For every 5 Arcane energy, Zultun gains 1 spell armour.

Freeze time:
Slow time's slow is increased by 120% but it's duration reduced by 4 seconds. Enemies caught in Slow time's bubble reduce the cooldown of Slow time by 2 seconds.
