Where would I find a list of the commands and how to implement them so that I can tell my teammates that I am OMW etc?

Like different kinds of pings? If you press ALT a radial window will appear where you have four options, being Danger, On my Way, Assist me, and Defend, in clockwise order. If you press V you will ping Retreat, and merely ALT+CLICKing on the screen will do a normal ping.
