Is Mei and Off-Tank or Main-Tank in HOTS?

tldr;I'm confused asf

I have E.T.C as an Off-Tank already but I don't need a 2nd, it's kinda hard to tell though. So uhhh... yeah, is she an Off or a Main?

Like, she plays the Crowd-Control Game and has enough HP to endure punishment.

But her Abilities are quite useful as utility...

I'd say Mei leans more towards an Off-Tank role in Heroes of the Storm. While she has good crowd control and decent survivability, her kit is more about utility and setting up plays rather than soaking up tons of damage like a traditional Main Tank. So, if you've already got E.T.C. covering the Off-Tank role, Mei might feel a bit redundant unless you need her utility for specific setups or combos.
