Heroes of the Storm Forums

So I play on a regular basis with 4 friends of mine. We used to be hardcore gamers and now that we are older with families we still try to get on together and game. We do so on a pretty regular basis 20+ hours a week. We are trying to get better organized for our team league play and we are struggling with what the best approach is. I see people recruiting for player or someone to be proficient in all toons in a certain role. What is the best approach? I appreciate any feedback or help.
