No Kharazim in August Open?

Hey guys,

Maybe I missed an explanation, but I was expecting to see a lot of the Monk in the August Open this past weekend, but instead saw none. Was this a decision to exclude him from play, since he's too new? Or was he an option that highly competitive teams pass on because of unfamiliarity?
