Be Ready for the Final Phase of Technical Alpha :: Heroes of the Storm discussion on HeroesFire

In case you weren't aware, servers will be going down on September 29th for the final phase of Technical Alpha, and will be coming back up October 7th / 9th (EU). This will involve an account-wide wipe to all Heroes of the Storm accounts.

There are a few things we want you to be prepared for with the end of this phase!

Wonder Billie Mount

This fabulous Wonder Billie Mount will be the reward for anyone that makes a real money purchase before the servers go down on September 29th. It is a special edition mount that will only be obtainable this way as a thank you to everyone who helped test the cash shop (so yes, if you've already made a real money purchase you will get this mount!).

So, if you want this glorious mount and you have yet to make a real money purchase, go do so now!

After the servers come back up October 7th / 9th real money purchases will no longer be wiped. All purchases will be final!

Don't Lose Your Friends!

In preparing for the upcoming patch, we also wanted to let you know that we will be moving all testers to their home Battle.net regions for the upcoming patch. You will gain access to the friends list you use in other Blizzard games (Diablo III, Hearthstone, StarCraft II, World of Warcraft) but you will lose your current Technical Alpha friends list. This will mean that any friends you made in Heroes Technical Alpha up until now will be lost. We want to help you stay connected with these steadfast allies using the methods weâ€™ve outlined in this handy forum post.
