I want an escape from Hero League PuG face-palming...anyone inviting???

Interested in team focused gameplay with ppl who are well versed in map mechanics, and have at least a good understanding of a majority of characters toolkits for countering purposes. I no longer want to play with ppl who choose characters for self motivating goals such as "ranking" char while they play, or... "I dunno how to play anyone else now that other team took my hero". Know what you are doing plz and do it well!
I have many assortment of VoIP available and am actually a laid back/mature gamer, who's just at his wits end with ppl using Hero League to learn the game!!!
