Some information about our organization: Invisible Threat Gaming is a multi-gaming organization based in Greece, but we are focusing in the whole Europe. Started back in 2012 by two cousins that wanted to create a Starcraft 2 team in Greece. Invisible Threat Gaming became something bigger than that in less than five months. With a great success in Greece, we continued with some titles in our name. Now we are trying to make eSports history worldwide.

After parting ways with the old Heroes of the Storm team we are now looking to create a new team. Firstly I am looking for a serious captain who can work with me to build a great team ! The team is not formed yet !

What are we looking for :

- Mature personality. This might be the main factor of picking the captain.
- Leadership skills. You will be the leader of your team, you need to be able to build a synergy in the team, make players cooperate with each other.
- Passion for the game. As long as you don't have passion, you won't succeed in the competitive enviroment.
- A really flexible schedule. We are looking for the team to train at least 3-4 hours per day. You as a captain might need to put in more time than that.
- Having competitive experience is a plus.

What are we offering :

- A coach and a manager that can take care of your needs.

The plans are the following :

Recruit a captain, which can fit our requirements, then recruit the rest of the roster and start training, joining tournaments and so on.
