The Invisible Threat Gaming organization was founded by both Konstantinos Stasinos and Lefteris Kokiantonis. Invisible Threat Gaming HQ is located in Athens, Greece. While staying true to our roots, Invisible Threat Gaming will continue to breed the best talents, select the finest partners, and continue to exceed expectations.

Our Heroes of the Storm division is currently our main moba game. It is a very talented squad, they
just need the coach to make better their talent. They got on every tournament some nice results. (Zotac and ESL). Average mmr= 3,850/3,9+

Overview

As part of our continuous evolution, we are now seeking a Heroes of the Storm Head Coach that is passionate, enthusiastic, responsible and goal driven.

As a Heroes of the Storm Head Coach you need to help with:

-Create a Training Schedule that is suitable for all players
-Monitor the overall health and condition of all players
-Ensure friendly atmosphere
-Leading the team during team training and warm ups
-Deliver performance results
-Providing feedback to players and staff on a weekly basis
-Discuss drafts and search for tactics that may help the team

Requirements:

-Fluent in English
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Ability to format information in a clear and easy-to-understand way
-Good understanding of numbers and spreadsheet formulas
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Education and Relevant Job Experience
-Excellent knowledge of Heroes of the Storm and its competitive scene
-Ability to work to strict deadlines and complete jobs quickly and potentially at short notice

-A Curriculum vitae is needed
-Will be required to submit examples of previous work, even if it's not HotS related
-A basic understanding of the game is required, however, more knowledge is appreciated
