Looking for a Clan/Team to be the best

I'm looking for a team to play with and compete with other teams for the sole purpose of my improving as a player. Hero league often offers no competition to me and my only losses come from teammates being level 30+ because of the poor MM system. I lnow i'm not the best and nor am I arrogant either. I just have a lot of self-confidence to know that I will improve by playing with and against other skilled players. All I'm looking for is a chance.
