We are two guys on EU looking to build a team under the name High Council (HCN). That's why we're now looking for three more players to join us in HL/TL. Our goal is to constantly get better, and hopefully that'll take us to the top.
We expect to do training at least four days a week.

We expect that you:

• Speak English
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are at least level 35
• Are willing to watch replays
• Can adapt to the meta
• Have TS3
