Hi,
I am looking for high ranked players that find themselves in need of 1 more to get their team league queues started. I run a self sustaining business that allows me to play HOTS 10-12 hours a day uninterrupted at the moment, however that is subject to change which is why I am looking for people that play team league with the people they have online on their friends list opposed to commiting to a team.

I have a few Team League games already from people I play custom games with, so I have experience playing the game with everyone communicating with a main shotcaller. We usually stick to these custom games as team league queues take 10 minutes since most of the people have 3k-3.5k MMR and the times we play seem to be inactive. Also alot of the games we play end up being not so serious, and I enjoy the try hard games alot more.

I also play Hero League almost exclusively solo queue where I very rarely end my day with lower MMR than what I started with. I was around 2.5k mmr last month and now I am around 3k mmr. I watch pro matches quite frequently and try to absorb as much information from them as I can, but at the same time having enjoying them.

Some general things I expect from the team, and the team can expect from me:
-Knowing the maps well, when the objectives spawn, when to get camps, etc
-Knowing how to lane effectively, keeping an eye on the minimap, calling out rotations and not playing aggressively at the wrong times (ex when no vision of enemy team at the start and solo laning)
-Knowing how to draft, have flexible hero options to counter pick
-Knowing how to roam when the comp permits and being able to effectively get early game kills/limit enemy experience
-Knowing all the spells and talent power spikes of heroes and keeping up to date with patches and the meta
-Being able to land skill shots consistently and knowing general spell synergies
-Knowing how to position in team fights, and in rotation
-Being able to follow the shotcaller as a team (knowing when to poke, hard engage, stall for talent tiers, etc)
-Welcoming constructive criticism and learning from mistakes, always trying to improve, no unnecessary bm and short tempers
-Enjoying and having fun playing through trying hard to win and playing seriously

Hi I have similar interests as you, I am currently rank 9 can play most things well but prefer to stay off of the warrior role. I have no team either but I am considering starting a team comprised of active, serious, skilled, and friendly players.

I am a Rank 1# in HOTS. I am a competitive player and I play to win. I am not here to have fun or to be carrying any player in HOTS. I do NOT rage I simply kick player that are not interested in HOTS. I do NOT need players slowing me down.

My goal is to set up a team or to join a team that is willing to participate in tournaments.

My skill-set I have very strong map awareness and knowing how to counter pick. My role I prioritize Assassin, specialist over warrior and support. although I could play warrior and support well. Is extremely difficult to carry non-coronated team with a warrior and support.
