Hi Folks,

Our team is looking for an active player looking to join an active, relaxed, but seriously competitive group. We're looking for a solid Flex/DPS player who can fill any role, but really preferencing players who can play Melee assassins/specialists (Xul, Zeratul, Illidan) as well as solid ranged play (Falstad, Kael'Thas, Zagara, etc).

We are currently the #2 ranked team in our chairleague division, We usually play team league 2-3 nights a week (between 6-9PM PDT), one chair league game per week, practice at 2PM PDT on Saturdays, and usually a tournament around 6PM PDT on Fridays.

**About us / the team / requirements:**

* We play on West Coast Hours (6-9PM PDT) during the week. We've got some east coast players, but you need to be able to routinely play during those times (without issues, without *****ing, etc). We typically do tournaments on Friday evenings, so that needs to not be an issue.
* Must be able to make Saturday Practice @ 2PM PDT
* No age requirement, but most of us are older (25-30). Someone younger than 18 would probably be hard fit (unless very talented, relaxed, and can follow directions).
* Must have a microphone, and be able to communicate and call out (MIA calls, ultimate usage, etc). We use Discord for comms.
* Must have a positive attitude. We would much rather train someone with a great attitude and is fun to play with versus someone who needed no training but was a narcissist or an *******.
* Must be willing to take constructive criticism. We try really hard to limit criticism to what we think will make the team play better and give it in a way that's not harsh or morale lowering. That being said, everyone needs to be honest about their play and want to improve it!
* Must be able to follow calls, even if you disagree
* Must be willing to try out (process can take a couple days, or a couple weeks, depends on the player)
* Generally ~3K MMR+ in HL or TL is going to be a requirement to get a tryout Regardless of MMR / Rank, we'll evaluate you on how you gel with us personally, and how well you're playing to the same beat in team matches.
* We want to have fun while playing the game. Don't be an *******.
