Should they be mentioned at all? I only started to think about it because Tassadar's one goes in the wrong order (it should be after E, not before).
Stukov's is called "Lurking Arm Cancel", Tassadar's is "Cancel Dimensional Shift". Is the word order as inconsistent in-game? Stukov's has the cooldown noted for whatever reason, Tassadar's doesn't, both cases weird and useless.
Overall, Nazeebo doesn't have his version of a cancel Ability noted, and that's the most important case. And no Hero has a cancel Heroic Ability (like ETC), or a Trait (like Ragnaros).
Ragnaros' one does convey some useful information, it has a channel time, and it can be voluntarily interrupted.
On the other hand, if you include everything, it does become a bit bloated... Especially with Heroics, and especially with Nazeebo - Cancel Zombie Wall, Cancel Ravenous Spirit, and Gargantuan's Stomp (Stomp should be mentioned though, it's quite vital info).
I'm down with removing them or at least moving them out of the priority ability list. And yeah, they are that inconsistently named in-game -- not meant to be looked at, I'm sure. I think they're silly and hardly anything you'd really need to take into account for anything, except MAYBE some very specific situations -- in which case we could selectively include those, as necessary, instead of having some null talent everywhere. I'll see what we can do. :)
