His name is Kharazim,The Monk of Ivgorod and he seems pretty amazing.

Blizzard announced Rexxar as well as the next hero following the Monk as well as the new battleground for the Eternal Conflict!

Can't wait for this content. I also saw some nice screenshots of Uther in Tier2 Judgment Set and Thrall in an "Earthbreaker" set sort of giving him that Deathwing look.

As Inzane said, mama Blizzard announced a lot of great things at Gamescom the past 2 days.
The official trailer is on HotS youtube channel,and i found the abilities preview on a youtube video.
