I use Frozen Wastes simply because of the increase in range and slow effect that it brings to team fights and overall DPS.
Talent 2 Top
Envenom is the clear choice here... The talent is way to good if you use it on primary targets. This talent alone bring Burst into your character with your D and Envenom.
Talent 3 Top
Rune tap is the best talent for Arthus so that he can sustain in fights and lane.
Talent 4 Top
Army of the Dead another talent strictly used for health regeneration in team fights. This is what makes Arthus very strong. The CD is pretty low so dont be scared to use it.
Talent 5 Top
A lot of people will question this pick. Relentless allows Arthus get into the team fight with out getting CC'd chained. If arthus gets into the fight so that he can auto with rune tap and Death coil plus his Ult... Good luck killing him without your team dying first
Talent 6 Top
Stoneskin is basically your O **** button with Arthus. Its a extremely strong talent that should be taken.
Ill be testing the Immortal Coil with this build. It may fit in since you shouldn't get CC'd and the q should give you enough sustain with rune tap and Ult.
Talent 7 Top
Resurgence is the clear choice....
You have to kill Arthus twice.
