Warriors: Any with lots of CC and DMG and tankiness.
Rexxar & Misha could fit here.
Dmg:
Kerrigan as melee frontline dmg.
Backed with heavy ranged burst damage dealer in the back, like Kael or Jaina with preferred Water elemental together with Kerrigans Ultralisk and with Rexxars Misha.
Support:
frontline like Reghar, Monk, Uther for burst Heals, CC, Buffs, Debuffs and DMG. Backline support could be Malfurion, BW or Lili for Heals, CC, Buffs, Debuffs and DMG.
Specialist:
Preferred Nazeebo for Gargantuan together with Ultralisk of Kerrigan, Water elemental of Jaina and with Rexxars Misha.
