Balanced:

You can stay in battle with a lot of "auto-heal" + "W" and make some damage with your "E".

Kharazillidan:

You can chase every heroes and make some good damages, spam the "Q" to chase but always keep a stack for run away. If the target stoop for fighting you, use "E"
In teamfight, make some enter with "Q" + "E" + "Q" for escape.
when the red team is low hp, go into with "Q" + "R" + "Q" again for chase the survivor or for escape
