Great guide with concise reasoning for each pick. I especially like your talent combo of Seeker and Mirror Ball, as it didn't occur to me that Mirror Ball would make it easier to fill Seeker's requirement of three missiles hitting the target. As I've been playing Li-Ming I noticed that most of my damage output comes from my Q instead of my W, like most guides focus on.
