Nice guide. I would only change one thing: Tempest Fury ILO Blood for Blood. If you are landing your Feral Spirits consistently, the slow from BFB provides no added benefit. As for the life steal, the two extra stacks you get from TF more than make up for it over time. That just leaves the INSANE DPS boost you get from TF, which makes it the better choice IMO.
I see everyone taking wind sheer instead of rapid wolves, I don't get how 3 seconds off of a cooldown is more important than getting 60% of your trait stacks on hero hit.
Because after lv 16 that puts Windfury on a 4 second cooldown compared to a 7 second cooldown. Every 4s you can proc your passive twice.

Appreciate the feedback, @Tergras Tempest Fury is at its best when you run a full damage build, which this is not. It takes away from the idea and doesn't add enough damage to sacrifice the bonus ranged dmg + heal in my opinion. I've tested the build running Mana Tide and it has some merit, however, the lightning provides better heal early game, and is very useful on Mines map especially. It is all around good for ticks and is as close as Thrall gets to AoE, which can be important in many scenarios.
I think that you'll get more heal at lvl 2 if you pick Mana Tide, you can't always fight near creeps to have that extra targets for lighting to bounce. Also you can pick Sundering on lvl 10 and Tempest Fury on lvl 16 if your team lack dps.
