Artanis got a baby version of his Zealot Charge mixed into his baseline W. And that's gonna hurt a lot of people.
Build: Seasoned Marksman at 1, Chrono Surge for faster AAs, Follow Through for even more damage, and Triple Strike to taste. Level 16 is situational, went with Titan Killer due to the enemy warriors. Nexus Blades at 20 for additional stickiness.
