Tychus got reworked and then buffed. More HP and more damage. The Bigger They Are, in particular, got buffed to 4 percent per shot. Absolutely ludicrous. Sure, you can't shred someone below 40 percent health, but that's what teammates are for.
Build: The Bigger They Are at Level 4. Hit first, shred someone, set-up kills.
