Whats the point of having your trait activate an internal cooldown? And a very long one at what, 17 seconds is a long time, typically longer than most type fights before it can get applied again. The point of quest is to reward players with skilled plays by getting it done earlier (or even getting it done at all). If you autotmatically generate an uncontrollable amount of seeds regardless of what you do, then its not a quest. Its just a spend resources and get rewarded mechanic. Trait: Thats still totally random and inconsistent to be either overpowered or 100% worthless based on team comp.
