To get the game? battle.net But for now all you can do is apply for the tech alpha. You can't just get it.

We are still in Tech Alpha and the only way to get in is to be accepted by Blizzard. There was a round of invites sent out again a few days ago. They keep adding more and more all the time. As for closed beta, no word yet.

Never give up!!! ;) I think 3rd round of invites went out recently so more and more are getting in! I call the lottery "Voluntary Tax". If you feel like you didn't pay enough this year, buy a lottery ticket.

Blizzard hasn't said how they are handling beta yet. If we get beta keys, you can be sure we will be giving them away :)
