Well, I'd say most big AoE combos are annoying, especially : Void Prison into Devouring Maw fallowed up by some more AoE damage, such as Ravenous Spirit, Pufferfish or Precision Strike. Also, teams with multiple healers/displacement tanks are always obnoxious.
