Build 1 is optimized for maximum spell damage output.
Build 2 is same for physical damage output.
Build 1 is good for you if the map consists of many closed off areas by terrain like walls. such as Haunted Mines, Cursed Hollows, Dragon Shire, etc. Use your W to your advantage and you may also be able to Ult every 10-15 seconds in team fights.
Build 2 is for maps that are very big or open, and do not have many terrains that make up tight paths for you to use your Scatter Arrows as often. Your lane clear is strong from the early game, but your main objective in the early game would be landing your basic attacks for your redemption stacks because you want your 50% increased attack speed. Your attack range will increase by 2 for 3 seconds when you kill a minion so you can better position yourself in battle often times. When you see a (********) oponent running from a fight, use your Dragon's Arrow (R) to stun him to make chaseing easier. Jumping over terrain puts you on your mount so you can escape from danger quicker or chase better.
